Chapter 153: Sword of Infinity
The valley trembled.
Shen's eyes glowed black and crimson as the demonic sword pulsed with the full power of his engraving. The air vibrated with energy, bending around him like a storm contained in a single point.
"This ends now," he whispered.
With a single step, he surged forward, movement so fast the earth barely registered it. The first dragon descended fully, its massive claws scraping stone, wings beating a hurricane. Its roar shattered the stillness of the Silent Sword Valley.
Shen's sword hummed in response, absorbing the valley's ambient energy. Sparks of black and crimson raced along its edge, reflecting the dragon's heat and fury.
He struck.
The blade tore through space and air, releasing a wave of pure destructive energy. The dragon roared as its scales cracked, blood mixing with the energy pulse, and the shockwave split stone and shattered rock.
Sael and the knights moved with precision, their swords weaving intricate patterns around the dragon.
Sael's Void Slash cut through the dragon's legs, slowing its movement.
One knight used the Dragon Fang Thrust, piercing through wing membranes.
Another unleashed a Rising Phoenix Spin, forcing the dragon to twist midair.
The teamwork was seamless, coordinated like water flowing through channels—every strike complementing the others, every motion amplifying Shen's destructive arc.
Shen's eyes narrowed. He gathered every ounce of power he possessed: divine engraving, demonic sword energy, his innate godly aura, and the rage born from countless battles.
He raised the sword above his head.
The blade absorbed the dragon's heart, skull, and full blood, fusing with his powers, the valley itself, and the residual energy of the defeated dragon remnants.
The sword pulsed with overwhelming energy. Its edge burned with light and darkness simultaneously.
The Sword of Infinity was born.
Shen swung.
A massive wave of energy erupted, ripping through the air. The first dragon, already weakened, could not withstand the assault. Its massive form collapsed. Blood and energy scattered across the valley as the dragon let out one final roar.
Silence returned.
From the remains of the dragon's fore horns, Shen carefully crafted two twin blades. Small, agile, deadly—perfect for knights and disciples to fight alongside him. The twin blades resonated with the Sword of Infinity, forming a triad of destructive harmony.
Sael stepped forward, holding his new sword.
"The energy… it's unreal," he said. His Pure Eye glowed as he tested the resonance. "We can feel it in our own swords."
Shen's gaze swept across the valley.
"This is only the beginning," he said softly.
"The dragons are awakening. Death Mountain watches. And we have just begun to forge our destiny."
The valley hummed with latent energy. The air seemed to breathe with possibility, danger, and promise.
Lare's spirit drifted beside him.
"The Sword of Infinity… a creation of your full power," Lare said quietly.
"It will mark history in Murim—and in the heavens."
Shen's hand tightened around the hilt.
"Then let the heavens and dragons come," he whispered.
"They will witness the true power of the Silent Sword Valley."
