Caius dipped his head from Arlette's lips and seized one of her nipples into a suckling. He grabbed the little nub between his teeth and bit down. He had returned to his human form now, ensuring he couldn't bite through her skin.
Still, with how hard he bit, Arlette was inclined to think he was really trying to. And she wasn't entirely wrong.
With things back to how they usually were, and Caius again in control, he did feel like paying Arlette back for what she had done to him. But he didn't mean that in a vindictive way.
Really, from the start of their relationship, he had always caused her slight pain. Usually by biting and feeding on her. And he knew for a fact that she enjoyed it.
