As the duo left the Counselor's Office, the dome was dark, which shocked them. Michelle looked around with the arm cannon's flashlight, worried. "What's going on? What happened to the power?" she asked.
The phone started ringing, which made Michelle grab it off the GrabPack's hook before the duo looked at it. "Something's gone wrong," Ollie said. "Grab the cord from the Counselor's Office and plug it underneath the statue! We need to reach 100%; good luck."
DogDay quickly approached the cord inside a pillar and grabbed it. "I got it," he said.
Michelle nodded as she hung the phone on one of the GrabPack's hooks. "Since I have the flashlight, I'll take the lead," she said.
DogDay nodded as Michelle walked forward, which made him follow behind. When the duo reached the door under the statue, Michelle grabbed the door's handle before pulling it open.
The group in the room looked at the duo as they went down the stairs. "You two are alright," Bobby BearHug said.
Michelle looked down. "For now, at least," she said as the duo walked toward the back. "Something must've cut the power to the dome because it's dark again."
Most of the group looked at one another with worry. When DogDay was close to the terminal, he plugged the cord in. "It looks like we're a tiny bit short! I'm sending you one last key," Ollie said.
Michelle glanced at the phone. "Poppy used it when you met up with her earlier to activate the skylights! Go back over there and find the cord. Then we'll have enough power!" Ollie shouted.
As Michelle approached the pipe, she spotted a key with a poppy flower on it slide down a metal wire before it stopped in front of her. Michelle grabbed the key before sprinting toward the stairs. "I'll be quick about it," she said.
DogDay looked at the stairs as Michelle climbed them. "Be careful..." he said in a low voice.
Michelle sprinted toward the wall near Home Sweet Home and spotted the panel with a poppy flower painted on it. When Michelle was close to the panel, she put the key in the lock before twisting it, which unlocked it.
Michelle opened the panel and spotted the cord above the lever before aiming the right arm cannon at it and pulling the trigger.
The purple hand shot forward and grabbed the cord before pulling it. "Now, to take it back to the statue," Michelle said before sprinting toward the statue.
Soon after, Michelle went down the stairs before going to the back. When Michelle was close to the plugs, she plugged the cord into the lower right plug. Soon after, the terminal made a jingle. "OK, that should be enough power," Ollie said.
Soon after, a large light blue battery came out of the pipe before hitting the ground with a loud thud, which made the group look at it. "Now, take that huge battery to the Gas Production Zone. So we can get out of here!" Ollie continued. "It's the door by the cable car you arrived on; good luck."
After the phone call ended, Michelle stared at the large battery. "Big Sis Misha..." Bunzo Bunny said in a low voice.
When Michelle turned her head to the group, she noticed the smaller toys were staring at her, worried, before she looked away and closed her eyes.
Michelle took a deep breath and exhaled before opening her eyes and facing the group. "Listen up, everyone," she said. "We're near our goal of getting out of this area and finding Kevin and Katelynn."
Michelle gripped the right arm cannon's handle a bit. "The only hurdle in our way is CatNap," she continued. "We have to stop him, or we'll never leave this place."
Michelle looked at the larger toys. "And if possible... I want to avoid killing him," she said.
The larger toys looked at Michelle, shocked. "You've got to be joking with us!" KickinChicken shouted.
Bubba Bubbaphant looked at Michelle. "If we keep him alive, he'll just try to stop us even if we go down further," he said.
Michelle sternly looked at the larger toys. "I don't care!" she shouted.
The larger toys were shocked. "I've seen and dealt with my fair share of killing, and I don't want any more pointless bloodshed!" Michelle shouted.
Michelle noticed the smaller toys' scared expressions before calming down and taking a deep breath. After Michelle exhaled, she looked at the larger toys with a stoic face. "However, if there's no other choice... then it'll be a last-ditch effort," she continued.
DogDay stared at Michelle before nodding. "Very well..." he said.
Michelle smiled at DogDay before looking at the group with a serious expression. "I'm gonna need five large toys with me to the Gas Production Zone while the rest of you stay inside this room," she said.
Huggy Wuggy approached Michelle's side. "Huggy go with Misha," he said.
DogDay stepped forward and placed his hand against his chest. "I'll accompany you as well," he said.
KickinChicken's eyes looked excited, and he stepped forward with his arms raised. "Count me in! Staying in this cooped-up place was so boring," he said.
Bubba Bubbaphant sighed and stepped forward. "I suppose I'll come along as well," he said.
When Michelle turned her head to Mommy Long Legs, she noticed she was trembling before approaching her.
When Michelle was close to Mommy Long Legs, she let go of the right arm cannon's handle before placing both of her hands on her right hand, which made her stop trembling and look at her. "I understand if you don't want to go; if I'm honest, I'm terrified about this whole ordeal," she said.
Michelle gently smiled at Mommy Long Legs. "You don't have to put on a brave face for my sake," she continued. "I won't hold it against you if you want to stay in here."
Mommy Long Legs remained silent and looked down before closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. After Mommy Long Legs exhaled, she looked at Michelle, determined. "I want to go with you," she said.
Michelle looked at Mommy Long Legs. "Are you certain?" she asked.
Mommy Long Legs nodded. "I want to conquer my fears and teach that kitty cat a lesson for making my little Misha suffer," she said.
Michelle gently smiled and pulled her hands away from Mommy Long Legs's hand. "Very well," she said before looking at Bobby BearHug. "Then I leave you with guarding the smaller toys."
Bobby BearHug nodded. "Leave it to me," she said.
PJ Pug-A-Pillar brought his first segment up before lying against Michelle, whimpering, which made her look at him before smiling and petting his head. "You be a good guard dog to the smaller toys too, OK?" she asked.
PJ Pug-A-Pillar happily panted before barking, which made Michelle giggle a bit before he got off her. Huggy Wuggy approached the large battery and wrapped his arms around it before lifting it. "Huggy carry battery," he said.
Michelle nodded and grabbed the right arm cannon's handle before looking at the small group. "Let's move," she said, which made them nod.
As the small group climbed the stairs, the others in the room looked at them until they were out of sight. "Good luck..." Bobby BearHug said in a low voice.
...
...
...
The group entered the Gas Production Zone and looked around before walking forward. KickinChicken whistled a bit. "It's been a while since we've been here," he said. "It looks... a lot darker than I remember."
Bubba Bubbaphant rolled his eyes. "Of course it'll be dark, you moron," he said. "With the power cut out, this entire place will be dark."
KickinChicken glared at Bubba Bubbaphant. "Wanna say that again, you—" DogDay glared at the duo, which made them flinch and stop talking before looking at him. "Now is not the time to argue, got it?"
The duo was terrified and quickly nodded. "Yes, sir!" they shouted.
When the group was near the machine with the middle tube filled with Red Smoke, Michelle aimed the arm cannon's flashlight to the right and saw the large blue battery socket. "There... that's where we need to put that battery in," she said before approaching it. "C'mon, Huggy."
Huggy Wuggy nodded before following Michelle; while they were walking, she twisted the knob, switching from the purple hand to the orange hand. "Get ready for whatever CatNap throws at us," she said, which made him nod.
When the duo was near the battery socket, Huggy Wuggy raised the battery and lined it up to the battery socket. As Huggy Wuggy approached the battery socket, Michelle heard footsteps on the other side, which made her blood run cold.
Soon after, CatNap came out of the opening, blowing Red Smoke out of his mouth, which made the duo freeze and made Huggy Wuggy drop the battery. "Run!" Michelle shouted before they ran away.
Red Smoke spread around the room, which made the group near the machine look around while taking fighting stances. "He's here," DogDay said.
As the group turned their heads to the right, they saw the duo running toward them. Soon after, the group saw CatNap with a sickly gray complexion, an elongated mouth, and skeletal features, wearing a necklace with a silver moon pendant behind the duo, which made their eyes widen. "Get to the lift!" Michelle shouted.
Mommy Long Legs looked at the button behind the group before stretching her arm toward it and pressing it, which made the gate open. As the group got on the lift, Huggy Wuggy picked Michelle up before sprinting faster.
Soon after, the duo got on the lift before Mommy Long Legs pressed the button inside it, which made the gate close. As the lift rose, CatNap got on the fencing and started climbing. Michelle stared at CatNap while he did the same until he was no longer in sight.
When the lift reached the top and the gate opened, the group walked forward and entered a room with multiple battery sockets, a jump pad near a few barrels, a gate with a handle, and two deactivated green power sockets: one above the computer and the other on the back wall.
As Michelle examined the room, she spotted five batteries: four scattered around the room and one plugged into a battery socket, and a trapdoor on the roof. Huggy Wuggy placed Michelle on the ground. "Is this... some kind of safe room?" she asked.
DogDay looked around. "The employees used to use this area as a panic room," he said. "This place has seen better days."
Michelle looked at the scattered batteries. "For now, let's gather the batteries in one area," she said.
The group nodded before scattering around the room. Michelle approached the battery next to the computer and grabbed the left arm cannon's handle before aiming at its handle and pulling the trigger, launching the blue hand, and grabbing it before retracting it back to her.
Mommy Long Legs stretched her arm to a battery on top of a few barrels and grabbed it. Bubba Bubbaphant grabbed the gate's handle with his trunk before pulling it open, which made KickinChicken enter and grab the battery.
DogDay approached the battery next to a deactivated green power socket and picked it up. As the group gathered back, KickinChicken looked at Michelle. "What's the next step, kid?" he asked.
Michelle turned her head to the battery socket under the deactivated green power socket and the battery sockets near the back openings. "We'll need to plug three of these batteries into the back sockets," she said.
DogDay looked at the battery socket below the deactivated green power socket before approaching it and plugging the battery into it, which powered it up.
When Mommy Long Legs plugged the battery into the back right wall battery socket, steam came out of the pipe, which surprised her. "That could be useful," she said.
KickinChicken plugged the battery into the back left wall battery socket, which caused steam to come out of the pipe. "While that's true, there's one big elephant in the room," he said.
Bubba Bubbaphant glared at KickinChicken, which made him snicker a bit before he sighed. "Jokes aside, he does have a point," he said.
Bubba Bubbaphant looked at the green power socket connected to four battery sockets above the terminal. "This machine looks like it takes four batteries to power up that socket," he continued before looking at Michelle. "CatNap could attack us at any given moment."
Michelle looked at the group. "Then we'll need to come up with a sound strategy," she said.
Michelle looked at Huggy Wuggy and DogDay. "Huggy, DogDay, you two take the front corridors," she continued before raising the right arm cannon. "If you see CatNap, let me know so I can use a flare to determine if it's him or not."
The duo nodded as Michelle looked at Bubba Bubbaphant. "Bubba, I need you to keep that gate open so I can reach those input sockets," she said. "Once we need the battery on the right side, you take over the back right corridor."
Bubba Bubbaphant nodded. "Got it," he said.
Michelle turned to KickinChicken. "Kickin', I need you at the fenced gate by Huggy to lift me to the input sockets," she said. "Once we need the battery on the left side, you take over the back left corridor."
KickinChicken nodded. "You got it, kid," he said.
Michelle turned to Mommy Long Legs and pointed at the trapdoor. "Mommy, you're in charge of that trapdoor," she said. "Once Bubba is moved to the back corridor, you'll take over his job, too. Can you do that?"
Mommy Long Legs smiled and nodded. "Anything for you, my little Misha," she said.
Michelle smiled a bit before looking at the terminal with a serious face. "I'll also be the one taking over the battery placement and steam control; does everyone understand?" she asked.
The group nodded, which made Michelle nod. "Good; get into positions," she said.
When the group was in their positions, Michelle looked at the top-left battery socket before looking at the battery in the blue hand.
Michelle took a deep breath and exhaled before aiming the left arm cannon at the top-left battery socket. "Let's do this," she said before pulling the trigger.
