"Can I brag just a little?" Sira whispered, inching forward again.
Ely exhaled slowly. "I need… a drink. Or a nap. Or maybe both. And possibly therapy."
Lux leaned back and gently rested his arm on her seat headrest, brushing his fingers lightly through her hair. "Too bad. You're with us now."
Sira giggled. "Welcome to Greed's inner circle, darling. We don't sleep. We just scheme."
Ely turned to Lux. "Can I sleep on your chest while I do it?"
Lux blinked.
Then smirked.
Sira raised a brow. "Hah. Look at you, learning how to seduce."
Ely turned red. "I didn't mean—I just—!"
Lux leaned in slightly. "You can."
Ely froze.
Lux's voice dropped, low and smooth. "You can sleep wherever you want. As long as you're mine."
