Alright, alright… yes.
He's responsible for the accusations made by the witch immigrants, as well as their exodus from Arcadia. Well, barely anyway.
He didn't have to do much. All he provided was the charm. Farrell was the one who took it to the captured Arcadian city of Runecrest, unleashing the charm on the civilians they'd left imprisoned.
The charm had left one thought in their mind so powerful that it nearly consumed every other thing. Driving them to want to share it across the continent.
And this thought? Quite simple.
"The High Matron is Arcadia's enemy." His voice played somewhere at the back of their heads, pushing their actions. "She's the Dark Hand's leader."
Just like that… hundreds of captured witches were made to flee the city, allowed to pass through the Dark lands through various means before arriving at Lunaria's borders.
Which is how they arrived at this situation.
