At the Banquet Plaza
Pirates cheered!
The powerful alliance of Daichi and Princess Yamato showed them the future of the Beast Pirates, and how could they not be excited?
"Woohoo, Daichi-sama!"
"So happy."
"I'll never forget this day."
In a corner of the plaza, a group of burly men cried tears of joy as they watched the newly wedded couple, but quickly pulled themselves together.
"It's our turn to perform. Let's show Daichi-sama the results of our training."
"Originally, it was to show our admiration for Daichi-sama, but I didn't expect it to become a wedding gift!"
"Daichi-sama will definitely be happy!"
Under the spotlight, a group of muscular giants ascended the stage. As Daichi's gaze fell upon them, the giants immediately ripped off their coats.
The giants, dressed only in their underwear, struck various bodybuilding poses, instantly capturing the attention of all the pirates.
"Daichi-sama is watching us!"
"Brothers, flex your muscles!"
"We are the Onigashima Bodybuilding Club, Daichi-sama's Support Fitness Association!"
"Huh? Why did Daichi-sama leave?"
"Could it be that he's not satisfied?"
Skull Castle, Top
Daichi took Yamato's hand and ascended to the very top of the bull's horn.
"Daichi, it's so high here!"
"Mm."
Daichi sat down cross-legged and patted the ground beside him, gesturing. Yamato immediately pulled up her wedding dress and sat beside him.
"Look at the sky."
"Hm?"
They both looked up at the sky.
Tonight, there were no clouds; the sky was full of shining stars.
"The stars are so beautiful!"
Yamato's eyes sparkled, and she instinctively leaned toward Daichi. She hadn't expected Daichi to bring her here to watch the stars.
For some reason, her heart was pounding "thump-thump-thump" faster.
One hand wrapped around her waist.
Daichi embraced Yamato.
The castle was too noisy, and there was a group of unsightly, unknown creatures, which was truly vexing. It was better to come to the rooftop to watch the stars.
This wedding was too hasty.
After all, it was arranged by a bunch of violent maniacs, almost like a mere formality.
"Yamato, when everything is over, let's get married again. I'll arrange a grand wedding for you."
"Okay!"
Yamato nodded vigorously.
She was still in a daze, completely unclear about what had happened, and had gotten married in a muddled state.
It's all that rotten old man's fault!
The two watched the stars, enjoying a different kind of quiet.
"Pfft! Pfft-pfft-pfft!"
Yamato covered her mouth, giggling foolishly.
Daichi lowered his head, puzzled.
"What are you laughing at?"
"Nothing."
Yamato shook her head vigorously, biting her lip to suppress her smile, but after a short while, she couldn't help but blurt out, "I just think you're usually so fierce, Daichi, but you're actually very gentle."
"Gentle doesn't suit me at all!"
Daichi pouted.
"Exactly, exactly!"
Yamato emphasized earnestly.
She truly felt that although Daichi often did bad things, most of the time, he always left a glimmer of hope for people, just like how he treated the people of Wano Country and the Labor Country.
If it were her father, he wouldn't care about the lives of those poor people.
And Elbaf - even when Daichi was at his angriest, she didn't sense any obvious killing intent from him.
"Think what you want."
Daichi lay down, his hands clasped behind his head, his gaze deep as he looked at the starry sky, his mind filled with a thousand thoughts.
What use was gentleness?
In this rotten world, only by being more ruthless than your enemies could you survive. Being soft-hearted could not accomplish great things.
Compared to his greatest enemies, the Celestial Dragons, his ruthlessness was far from enough. Those high-and-mighty individuals truly treated people like ants, like expendable resources.
"Whoosh!"
Yamato straddled Daichi.
"Hm?"
Daichi's gaze shifted downward, looking at Yamato.
"What's wrong?"
Yamato squirmed shyly, and after a long while, she finally spoke with a flushed face: "Daichi, will you kiss me again?"
"Why?"
Daichi looked disgusted.
Yamato put her hands on her hips, glaring at Daichi with annoyance: "I didn't even feel anything when we kissed just now, and you already left!"
Daichi's forehead was covered in black lines.
"Do you know what 'kissing' means?"
"Of course I do! You're underestimating me again!"
Yamato proudly lifted her chin: "Kissing means liking, and only the closest people can kiss. For me, Daichi is the closest person."
"Oh."
Daichi was a bit surprised.
This girl had grown a lot.
"First, let's agree - only one kiss."
"Mm-hmm!"
Yamato quickly got off Daichi, knelt properly on the ground, and closed her eyes expectantly, tilting her head back.
"I'm ready! This time, kiss me longer!"
"I know, quiet down."
Daichi smiled helplessly, looking at Yamato's expectant expression. The strings in his heart softened considerably. This girl finally had a bit of femininity.
The girl's eyes secretly opened a slit.
"Close them!"
"Oh!"
Under the starry sky, soft lips met.
For a long time.
They separated.
Yamato opened her eyes, looked at Daichi who had laid back down, touched her lips, and felt her heart flutter like a deer. It was so exciting!
This indescribable, wonderful feeling was a first.
She wanted to kiss him again so much!
Yamato wiggled her bottom, secretly inching closer to Daichi, and while Daichi wasn't paying attention, she quickly pressed down.
"Mmph!"
Daichi pushed the girl away, scolding her impatiently: "One kiss isn't enough? You little brat, you're just curious, aren't you!"
"I like it!"
Yamato covered her mouth, revealing a sly, triumphant grin.
Yay!
She used to not understand why her sisters liked to shamelessly stick to Daichi, but now she somewhat understood.
Kissing was so fun!
"In such a good atmosphere, can't you be a little quieter?"
"Forget it, it's no use talking to you."
"Yamato, let me show you something fun!"
Daichi stood up, and immediately, stone pillars rose from the ground. He casually grabbed one and broke it off.
Yamato tilted her head curiously.
"Daichi, what are you going to do?"
"Shh!"
Daichi put a finger to his lips, hushing her, then his five fingers forcefully embedded into the stone pillar. The next second, the stone pillar lit up with an orange-red glow from the inside out.
Ready.
Daichi's right arm bulged with veins, and he threw the stone pillar into the sky!
"Whoosh! Whoosh-whoosh-whoosh!"
One stone pillar after another flew into the sky!
When the last stone pillar disappeared, a dazzling light suddenly appeared in the sky, followed by countless fiery red starlight falling down.
"Meteors!"
Yamato's cheeks were flushed, and her pupils reflected the starlight.
Meteors rained down from the sky!
Daichi looked at Yamato, a smile blooming on his face.
"Is it beautiful?"
"Mm-hmm!"
Yamato looked at the meteor shower, her eyes sparkling.
Soon, the girl remembered something, quickly closed her eyes, clasped her hands together, and didn't forget to remind Daichi.
"Daichi, hurry and make a wish!"
"Okay."
Daichi smiled and nodded, imitating Yamato's posture. He closed his eyes and made a wish. The moment he opened his eyes, the girl pounced on him, wrapping her arms tightly around him.
"Daichi, I like you!"
