Chapter 401 - Chapter 401: Unibands creator

"Let's put this topic on hold for now," Adam said before looking at Tessa and asking, "Will you do as I asked and send the program back to Terrana Five?"

"Although I admit I am dubious about you using an AI to run the company, I will do as you ask and hope that I am wrong in this instance," Tessa replied with a nod.

"Thank you," Adam said before noticing the look of concern on Lorelie's face and asking, "Are you that worried about me using Spector to monitor Royal Entertainment?"

"It's not that…. Ok, a little, but that's not what has me concerned," Lorelie replied.

"Then what?" Adam asked as he gently stroked her long turquoise hair, causing several of the women to have jealousy show in their eyes.

"I'm concerned about Princess Tessa and Becky visiting Solarian Prime. I think I'm correct in saying that no Terran dignitary has been allowed within the Galamedees Galaxy since that incident with Princess Liluth Solar."

"Lorelie is correct, Solarian Prime, like most if not all planets in the Galamedees Galaxy, is not a nice place for Terrans because of the persecution and sometimes attempted assassinations of our race. Terran crew members of ships specifically make a point not to leave their ships while in the Galamedees Galaxy," Becky explained.

"It's that bad? I knew the Solarians didn't like the Terrans after what happened, but I didn't think it was this serious. I mean, it's not like this Princess died or anything," Adam said in annoyance before adding, "It's just another example of a powerful person using their authority to sway public opinion."

"You're wrong, Princess Liluth has never publicly spoken about what happened that day," Rowena stated, causing Adam to look at her with a frown before asking.

"And what about privately?"

"There is no way of knowing for certain what she has said behind closed doors and probably only Oracle Andromeda might know that. However, the rest of the Solarian royal family have always stated that Liluth refused to speak on the topic to anyone," Rowena replied.

"Her silence probably made things worse for the Terrans, to be fair. By staying silent, the Solarian race, which adores Princess Liluth, assumed that she had been mentally traumatised by the whole event, even though she acted normally on those rare occasions she appeared in public," Aphrodite stated.

"Why do they love her so much if she rarely appears?" Adam asked.

"Two reasons. The first is because on those rare occasions she appears in public, she is always sociable and happy to speak with anyone.

The second is the advancements she has made in technology, not only for the Solarian race but for all races.

The unibands, for example," Aphrodite stated while holding up her wrist to show her own uniband before adding, "these were her invention and that is only one of the technological advancements she has contributed to the universe."

"Remember the uproar her decision not to join the Solarian Institute for Science and Technology caused?" Rowena asked with a smirk.

"Oh yeah, hehe, the institute felt so shunned," Aphrodite replied with a giggle.

"What happened?" Adam asked.

Rowena smirked at the memory before saying, "Princess Lilith released the first prototype of the uniband shortly after she graduated from school, proving that she had been working on its development while still in school and if that wasn't enough, she still managed to graduate several years early.

The uniband was an instant hit and the Universal Senate quickly authorised it as the official replacement to the old communicators we used to use."

"Oh man, those seem so archaic compared to the unibands," Aphrodite said while reminiscing, "remember how they didn't have holo tech and we actually had to hold them up to our ears?"

"They were far more stylish, though, since you could customise them in so many different ways. Unibands are pretty boring in comparison," Lorelie replied.

"You're right, they even used to release limited edition communicators. Remember that one they released to commemorate Empress Revi's ascension to the throne? It had the image of her fighting alongside the White Dragon.

I wanted it so bad, but they were impossible to get."

"I managed to get one," Rowena said smugly.

"Really? How?"

"I was invited to Revi's coronation ceremony and I asked her for one. I still have it somewhere as a keepsake."

"Errr, grandmother," Stacey stated.

"Right, right, sorry," Rowena apologised before continuing, "so after the release and success of the uniband, everyone expected Princess Liluth to join the Solarian Institute for Science and Technology for her one hundred years of service.

However, she shocked everyone by joining the Solarian Defence Force, where she was quickly assigned to Solarian special forces research and development."

"Solarian special forces research and development?" Adam asked in surprise.

"Yes, is there a problem?" Rowena asked.

"No, nothing," Adam replied before adding, "Please continue."

"Well, there isn't much more to say. The Solarian Institute for Science and Technology released a statement stating their disappointment in Princess Liluth's decision not to join them, but anyone could read between the lines that they felt shunned."

"I see, but getting back to the main point. How likely is it that someone will try to assassinate Princess Tessa and Becky?" Adam asked.

"Hmmm, difficult to say," Rowena replied before considering for a moment and then saying, "while it's highly likely that many Solarians will show them little respect, even with Princess Liluth being the one to invite them. I doubt any but the crazy ones will try to kill them."

"But there's no guarantee?"

"There are never guarantees; there's a chance they could be targeted here on Felinia Seven, a planet the Terrans are friendly with."

Adam sighed before getting up and heading for the master bedroom while saying, "The things I do to make those I care about feel at ease."

"Huh?" Becky replied as all the women watched him go before sharing confused looks before seeing him reappear after a few seconds while carrying three small circular items.

"Those are," Lorelie said in surprise as she recognised the items.

"You know Tephe has been begging me for one ever since you used it on stage. I picked them up for her, Stacey and Rowena while I was on the ship," Adam replied as he placed the items on the table.

"What are they?" Rowena asked curiously.

"Form Bracelets," Lorelie replied.

"You mean that thing that allows you to change your clothes on stage?" Rowena replied with growing interest.

"What?" Aphrodite, Tessa and Becky said in surprise.

"They not only allow you to change your clothes, but also have a defensive feature," Adam said before adding. "Since Lorelie is so concerned about you both, you can each take one. "I'm going to check on Tephe quickly. Lorelie can explain to you how they work."

As he walked towards Tephe's room, Aphrodite suddenly got up and approached him, causing the women to shoot her suspicious looks before Lorelie began to explain how the Form Bracelets worked.

"I need a favour," Aphrodite said in a hushed tone.

"I'm not giving you my cum," Adam replied.

"Rude, and also I think you meant to say, 'I'm not giving you my cum YET," Aphrodite replied with a wink before turning serious and saying, "I don't mean that. It's to do with Becky."

"Becky? What about her?" Adam replied with his curiosity piqued.

"You know she and Princess Tessa are part Succuba, right?"

"It's been mentioned. Though it's supposed to only be a very small part."

"That's right. However, the Succuba part of them both is acting…. Strange."

"Strange how?"

"Princess Tessa seems dormant, which is strange because she has passed puberty.

Becky's on the other hand, is more like a true Succuba than should be possible. Her sexual urges are more in line with my own.

I'm worried that during the trip to the Galamedees Galaxy and while there, the Succuba part of her will cause her lust to go out of control, like I was telling you last night."

"Is that possible, and how do you know this?"

"It shouldn't be considering how diluted their Succuba blood is, but when I shook both their hands back in the VIP box, I was able to detect their Succuba part and analyse it."

"O….K…. I wasn't expecting that. Can all Succuba…. scan another?"

"No, you have to reach a certain age and control of your abilities. Also, you can only scan a fellow Succuba weaker than you without issue. To scan a stronger Succuba, they have to allow it."

"Ok. So why do you care? Have you ever met the two before yesterday?"

"No, yesterday was the first time. Like Rowena, I am an elder of my race, and I have a responsibility to look out for my younger sisters, even if they only have a small amount of our blood within them."

Adam studied Aphrodite and, seeing the rare look of seriousness in her eyes, he asked, "And how exactly can I help you help her?"
