"We're tryin to stay incognito, right? Or did they discover that it was you who erased the footage?" Adam asked as he answered Rowena's question.
"They did not determine who it was; in fact, there wasn't any trace of the deletion except for the fact that the video was deleted," Rowena replied.
"Then leave it to me," Adam said before moving over to a control panel that was next to a small side door a short distance from the main garage door and held his hand over it.
{Spector, access the Nosferatu estates' main system and erase any footage that we were here. Also, make a copy of their entire database…. Just in case.}
[[Affirmative.]]
"Done," Adam said as he removed his hand from the console.
"That quickly?" Celeste asked in surprise.
"You get used to it," Rowena replied while winking.
[Whitehorn (Darah 5): Do you really get used to it though?]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): Eventually, but then the streamer does something new that you have to get used to all over again.]
"Really?" Celeste asked doubtfully before asking, "Are we going to have to wipe every camera we come across, as that will take time?"
"That's already been dealt with," Adam replied, causing Celeste to look at him with doubt before turning to say something to Rowena and seeing that she didn't seem concerned at all, thus making her sigh and say, "Whatever, I can see from her face that she's not worried which means no video footage of us was discovered."
"You're right," Rowena said with a smile, "I'm not sure how his AI did it, but no evidence of the three of us will be found on any security footage."
"You know how crazy that is, right?" Celeste asked while shaking her head.
"I do, but as I said before, you get used to his AI's crazy abilities," Rowena replied before walking towards the garage door while asking, "Shall we go?"
"Ladies first," Adam replied.
"Don't mind if I do," Rowena replied before opening the side door and heading through, while Adam followed behind, and Celeste shook her head before joining them.
As the three left through the side door, they found themselves next to a driveway that split a short distance away, with one direction heading towards a house and the other heading away down a hill.
"Which way?" Adam asked as he looked around.
"This way," Rowena replied before leaving the driveway and walking onto some grass while heading in the direction that, to Adam, looked like a small forest.
They walked for several minutes towards the forest and occasionally crossed paths or roads and although they heard the sound of voices or vehicles in the distance, they didn't meet anyone.
"Is it normally this quiet?" Adam asked as he looked around.
"Not normally, but the majority of those who live and work on the family estate are participating in the festival," Rowena replied before thinking of something and saying, "Actually, I should also be heading there with Philip right now."
"So I've been curious about this for a while now, but why do hover vehicles need roads?" Adam asked.
[AlamoMatador4thewin (Earth): I've actually been wondering this myself, I mean, they hover above the ground, so it's not like you have to worry about them damaging the landscape.]
"Many roads, such as those in cities, are from before hover vehicles were invented and were, as such, needed since the vehicles travelled along the ground," Rowena began to explain.
Some but not many races have indeed chosen to remove roads and replace them with greenery, as it's both better for the planet and looks nicer; however, those planets have also outlawed any land-based vehicles.
While the vast majority of people purchase hover vehicles as they are smoother, quieter and more economical than land-based ones, there are still those who insist on driving land-based vehicles or are simply collectors of them.
Because of this, roads are still needed and used by the few land-based vehicles still in use, plus they still make good indicators for where people can fly their hover vehicles and where they can't. Last thing you want is someone flying their hoverbike over your head while you're walking down the street after all."

"No," Rowena replied while shaking her head before continuing, "We are heading for a small park that is not far from my house. The place where Stacey was attacked and we discovered the pool of her blood, is there."

After travelling for a few more minutes, a park appeared that was filled with a few trees, some flower beds and what Adam could only assume was playground equipment. Shortly after that, a house appeared behind the park.
"Is that your house?" Adam asked as he inspected it from a distance.
"It is," Rowena replied with a nostalgic look as she stared at the house in the distance, "I haven't seen it since I left Darah Five."
"Does no one live in it in your time?" Celeste asked curiously.
"Nope," Rowena replied before turning away and heading towards the park while adding, "Honestly, I have been considering selling it."
"Really?" Celeste asked with surprise.
"Yes, Philip and I purchased it after we married, remember."
"Oh, that's right. You used to have that nice little place next to the lake, didn't you?"
"A lake?" Adam asked with interest, causing the two women to look at him.
"Why do you sound so interested?" Rowena asked with a smirk as they kept walking.
Adam was silent for a while, causing the two women and the chat to think he wasn't going to answer, when he suddenly said, while looking straight ahead, "Jenny and I talked about living in a house next to a lake once."

"Oh… I'm sorry," Celeste said awkwardly.
"It's fine, you had no way of knowing," Adam replied before changing the subject and saying, "But yeah, I always wanted a house next to a lake or the sea. Before Oceana Seven, I had never actually seen the sea, having lived in the city all my life."

Deep within the ocean of the planet Aqua Primus, many Syngnathidae who had the upper bodies of humans and the lower bodies of seahorses, along with several other individuals from other races, were sitting in small groups in an underwater bar chatting and having a good time when they suddenly heard a female Syngnathidae who was sitting alone watching something on a small holographic screen cheer loudly.
"HECK YEAH!"
As everyone turned and paid the female Syngnathidae closer attention, many of them realised that it was the famous Water Sphere player, Muriel.
"Muriel, I didn't know you were here," A Syngnathidae said happily before asking, "What's got you so happy?"
Muriel turned to the patron who spoke with a radiant smile before saying excitedly, "Diva Lorelie just announced the next destination of her New Genre Tour and it's here."
"Here?" The Syngnathidae replied automatically before understanding what they had just heard and asked, "Diva Lorelie is coming here?"
"Yes," Muriel nodded happily.
"This is huge news, you must inform his lordship immediately."
"I know," Muriel said before leaving her seat and swimming out of the bar, which burst into excited discussion about Diva Lorelie coming to the Reef Galaxy.
Not long after, a new Xer-verse post appeared that quickly became the most discussed topic, causing it to be pinned to the top of the front page.
