"Thank you, and I'm not offended," Andromeda replied while smiling before saying, "It's due to my position."

"Position? You mean as Oracle?" Emma asked in confusion.

Before Andromeda could reply, Tephe suddenly spoke up and asked, "Spector. Since we know that Adam will awaken in a couple of days, can we see him?"

"Negative," Spector replied, causing all the women to show looks of disappointment before Lorelie asked.

"Why not?" Tephe asked in disappointment.

"My programming stipulates that the lockdown effect of emergency medical protocol X-ray Nine Nine can only be lifted by my operator," Spector replied.

"Damn," Tephe cursed.

"What would have happened if Adam had died then?" Aphrodite asked curiously, causing all the other women to glare at her.

"What? I'm just curious since that makes it sound like Spector would never lift the lockdown should the worst have happened," Aphrodite replied before defensively adding, "It's not like I want him to die or anything, he still hasn't given me his cock after all."

"So it's true that you haven't been with Adam yet," Andromeda said in surprise before adding, "I'm quite surprised that there is a man in the universe capable of resisting your charms."

"As am I, it came as quite the shock," Aphrodite replied.

"Well, he does have others to help satisfy his urges," Rowena boasted proudly.

"Damn bitch," Aphrodite cursed as Rowena smiled smugly at her.

"Here they go again," Eri said with a sigh.

"I take it this is common?" Andromeda asked with a smile.

"It's been happening once or twice a day since Adam and Rowena became a couple," Eri answered.

"Well, at least everyone seems more relaxed now," Andromeda said with a smile.

"All thanks to you," Stacey replied before adding, "Thank you, Oracle Andromeda."

"Humph, my time with Adam will come," Aphrodite pouted stubbornly as if unwilling to let Rowena's teasing go before she asked, "So, what would have happened, Spector?"

"That's classified," Spector replied.

"Kinda figured you'd say that," Aphrodite replied while sighing.

"Well, it looks like you're all going to be spending the next week here then," Revi said happily.

"Someone seems happy about that," Lorelie teased in a knowing tone.

"Why?" Rowena asked before adding in a teasing tone, "It's not like we can't leave between now and then to head to Aqua Primus; we just can't use the experimental drive."

"You really want to travel all the way from sector eight to sector fifteen using the jump gates?" Revi asked, though she obviously didn't believe that.

"Why not? That's how everybody else travels around the known universe," Lorelie replied before adding, "Besides, we only have to use the jump gates for the first week before then using the experimental drive. Perhaps I will suggest it to Adam when he awakens."

"You can't!" Revi complained.

"Why not? It will give Adam time to relax and recover during the journey," Lorelie replied.

"But I wanted to show Adam around his… I mean, my planet after he awakened," Revi said in a sad tone.

"His planet?" Rowena repeated with a knowing smirk before asking, "What do you mean by his planet?"

"It was a slip of the tongue, a mistake that's all," Revi answered nervously.

"An empress who has ruled over her race for twelve lifetimes and one thousand years had a slip of the tongue when talking to friends?" Aphrodite asked in a disbelieving tone.

"Even I can make mistakes," Revi complained.

"Of course you can," Aphrodite replied before adding, "However, your mistake seems rather specific."

"How so?" Revi asked nervously.

Welllll, I'm just throwing out a suggestion here, but wouldn't Fenix Nest also become Adam's, were he to marry you?" Aphrodite asked.

"Is that how it works?" Emma asked curiously before turning to Revi and asking, "Do you own this planet?"

"Not me personally, but the Empire, and as the Empress, it could be argued that I therefore own not only Fenix Nest but most of the Ashes Galaxy, which I rule over," Revi replied quickly as if grabbing the chance to avoid Aphrodite's question.

"Which Adam would then own were he to marry you," Rowena added while flashing her signature smile.

"Stop teasing her already," Emma suddenly said, attracting everyone's attention.

"Emma?" Rowena asked in confusion.

"Look, I'm new to the known universe, as you all call it and so I'm still learning how everything works," Emma replied before continuing. "But one thing I have learned while listening and watching you all on Adam's stream is that royalty and empires in the known universe work remarkably similarly to those on Earth.

If that is the case, then as an empress, Revi can not easily acknowledge if she is in love with someone, as doing so would cause a dramatic shift in her race politicaly."

"Wait, it would?" Tephe asked curiously as Revi and Andromeda gave Emma looks of respect.

"Most impressive," Andromeda remarked in an impressed tone.

"Thank you, Emma," Revi said in a thankful tone.

"Wait, am I missing something here?" Rowena asked as she and Aphrodite wore looks of confusion.

"You're both over two thousand years old and yet you don't understand what someone who isn't even a twentieth of your age understands?" Andromeda asked in disbelief.

"I've never bothered with all that political nonsense too much; that's why I never wished to be the head of my family," Rowena replied in an embarrassed tone.

"I was always too busy to focus on that sort of stuff," Aphrodite explained.

"Yeah, too busy sucking cock," Lorelie replied while smirking.

"You know, since Adam took your virginity, your mouth has become so dirty," Rowena stated.

"I will have you know I wash my mouth out almost every day," Lorelie replied with a flirtatious smirk.

"Yeah, with Adam's cum," Rowena replied while rolling her eyes.

"Ladies, please," Emma remarked with a sigh.

"Don't worry, Emma, you will get used to it," Eri advised while giving her a knowing look.

"HAHAHAHA."

The sound of Andromeda's raucous laughter caught everyone's attention and made them smile as they looked towards her.

"You lot are hilarious," Andromeda said breathlessly as she wiped away the tears at the corner of her eyes.

"Better get used to it, Romy," Rowena advised with a smile.

"Huh?" Andromeda asked in confusion.

"What? You don't actually think this will be the last time you will be part of this, do you?" Rowena asked before adding, "Were all friends here?"

"Huh?" Andromeda repeated as her eyes widened in surprise before asking, "We are?"

"Of course we are," Lorelie replied while the others nodded.

"Why do you look so confused? Has this got something to do with why you said you don't have many friends because of your position?" Emma asked.

"How can you know about my predicament but not hers?" Revi asked with a smile.

"Well, I've met royalty before and even become quite friendly with them, but I've never met an oracle before," Emma replied.

"That's not really surprising since you're only the second person from your planet to meet an alien," Eri remarked.

"Not necessarily," Emma replied.

"What? You mean there are actually other people from Earth that have reached the known universe?" Tephe asked in surprise and excitement.

"No, I'm fairly certain Adam is the first of our race to come here," Emma replied.

"Then what do you mean?" Tephe asked.

"Well, who's to say that aliens haven't visited Earth before?" Emma asked before continuing. "There have always been rumours and stories about extraterrestrials and sightings of them; however, whether they are or not is another story."

"So you're saying that we might not have been the first aliens to visit Earth?" Lorelie asked.

"Maybe, maybe not," Emma replied.

"Interesting," Rowena said thoughtfully before adding, "Adam found Spector on Earth, so it's possible that Spector's creators visited Earth in the past."

"Spector, is that true?" Tephe asked excitedly.

"Negative. When I arrived on Earth, there was no one aboard me," Spector replied.

"That rules out that theory," Rowena said with a sigh.

"Anyway," Emma said before looking at Andromeda and asking, "Why are you so surprised about us all calling you our friend?"

"When it comes to the oracles, not just me but all of my predecessors, the governments and leaders of all the races have kept us at arm's length since the first oracle's actions," Andromeda replied.

"The first oracle's actions?" Emma ahead.

"Let me give you a brief explanation on the history of the oracles," Andromeda replied before going on to explain.

"All ships have arrived at the ambush coordinates, captain."

"Good, according to our people on the Imperial Down, it should pass through this sector of space in a few days. Everyone, get some rest, as there will be a battle once we knock it out of subspace."

"Will this really work, captain? EMP bombs don't work on ships travelling via jumpgates."

"We know that, which is why we aren't using one."

"Then how?"

"Don't concern yourself with the how, as it's above your pay grade, just make sure when the time comes, you do your job."
