Chapter 511: Truly, Terrifyingly Powerful!
Flame God Temple.
Inside a grand hall, a fiery red silhouette sat at the highest seat. The spacious hall bustled with activity as people came and went, and streams of urgent intelligence reports were rapidly relayed.
Tang Xinlian sat with poise and elegance. Perhaps because she wasn't currently leading troops, she wore a flowing red dress, lending her a softness that somewhat contrasted with her usual valiant presence.
As she listened to the wave of reports, her delicate brows furrowed slightly. The recent chaos in the Chaotic Demon Sea had already reached the Flame God Temple's territory as well, with waves of demonic attacks battering their region.
However, aside from Mo Luo, the Flame God Temple now also had Qing Zhi stationed here, which had attracted a number of top experts and greatly boosted their strength.
Coupled with Tang Xinlian's leadership, the initial attacks had only caused a brief disturbance. Soon after, all invading demons were pushed back beyond the Flame God Temple's domain.
At this moment, Tang Xinlian was calmly issuing orders to the elders of the Flame God Temple.
Mo Luo and Qing Zhi stood to the side, observing her with quiet satisfaction.
"Heh, my little Xinlian really is something. Leaving the temple in your hands gives your teacher total peace of mind," Mo Luo said with a grin after the last elder left.
Qing Zhi chuckled and shook his head. Had it not been for such an outstanding disciple, the Flame God Temple might have fallen apart under Mo Luo's leadership long ago.
Tang Xinlian gave Mo Luo a sidelong glare, clearly unwilling to humor her lazy master.
"Ahem… Forget it. Old Qing, let's go play some chess," Mo Luo laughed awkwardly, trying to shift focus.
Qing Zhi was just about to respond when his expression subtly changed. "Forget chess. The Flame God Temple's about to receive an important guest—you'd best go greet them properly."
"Important guest?"
Both Mo Luo and Tang Xinlian were startled.
Just then, space within the hall twisted, and brilliant silver light erupted.
As it faded, several figures appeared in the center of the hall—it was none other than Lin Fan's group, having just arrived from Wu Hui Island.
"Lin Fan!" Tang Xinlian's face lit up with joy the moment she saw him.
"It's been a while, Miss Xinlian," Lin Fan replied with a smile and a nod. He turned and bowed slightly to Mo Luo and Qing Zhi. "Senior Mo Luo, Senior Qing Zhi."
Qing Zhi and Mo Luo exchanged a glance. Their eyes then drifted behind Lin Fan—to the ancient figures following him. Their expressions grew more serious.
"If I'm not mistaken, those must be… the legendary Ancient Masters?" Qing Zhi asked with a gleam in his eye.
"Ancient Masters?" Mo Luo's face twitched in surprise. Even though he'd reached the Reincarnation Stage, he could still barely sense their true strength—meaning their depth was unimaginable.
After some quick pleasantries, Lin Fan introduced each Ancient Master to Mo Luo and Qing Zhi, then explained their purpose for coming.
Mo Luo stated that everything related to the Flame God Temple would be handled by Tang Xinlian, and she, without much hesitation, agreed to the Alliance Proposal.
With that decision made, the entire Flame God Temple sprang into action. Countless messengers soared out, spreading news of the alliance at incredible speed.
In just two short days, the news caused a massive stir throughout the Chaotic Demon Sea.
From every region, countless powerful figures surged toward the Flame God Temple like locusts swarming to a flame.
The momentum far exceeded even the infamous Thunder Ancestral Symbol tournament held years prior!
Clearly, in recent days, the demonic race had inflicted heavy losses on the various powers of the Chaotic Demon Sea.
In a place where competition was already fierce, only those truly pushed to the brink would rush to join an alliance so decisively.
On a pavilion in the Flame God Temple, Lin Fan, Ying Huanhuan, and the others stood in silence, calmly watching as more and more powerful forces arrived from the skies.
"We should go as well," Ying Huanhuan said beside Lin Fan.
Though the Flame God Temple was a top force, it couldn't yet command full submission. Their presence was still needed to truly solidify the alliance.
Lin Fan nodded, and with a wave of his sleeve, silver light wrapped around him and Ying Huanhuan. In a flash, the two of them appeared before a massive plaza.
The crowd spread to the edge of the horizon—a sea of powerful cultivators, most of whom represented the top forces of the Chaotic Demon Sea.
Without pausing, Lin Fan and Ying Huanhuan walked straight toward the center of the square. Only a few seats sat there—currently occupied by the Ancient Masters, their eyes closed in quiet meditation.
As countless eyes followed them, Ying Huanhuan calmly pulled Lin Fan toward the most prominent center seat.
Lin Fan didn't hesitate and sat beside her—joining the Ancient Masters at the highest position of the gathering.
Murmurs immediately rippled through the crowd.
"Who's that kid? Why is he sitting in the main seat?"
"There's no such person among the Ancient Eight Masters, is there?"
"Wait… wasn't he the one who won the championship during the Flame God Temple's tournament back then? I think his name was Lin Fan?"
"He might be top-tier among the younger generation, but compared to the Ancient Masters, he's still worlds apart. How does he dare sit up there?"
"But… the Ancient Masters don't seem to mind. Maybe this guy's really something…"
...
At that moment, the Flame Master and the others opened their eyes and looked toward Lin Fan, each with a smile.
Lin Fan listened to the whispers without expression. His aura began to rise—calmly but forcefully.
Within moments, a terrifying pressure spread from him, covering the entire square.
Every voice was instantly silenced.
Weaker cultivators were crushed to their knees, struggling to breathe under the weight of his power.
Even the strongest among them—top-tier Reincarnation experts—looked toward Lin Fan in utter shock.
This youth… was truly terrifyingly powerful.
