Ingrid immediately brightened at the suggestion. "A game? Sure," she agreed, hopping up from her cushion. "I've got a pretty decent collection of classic holo-games. Or," her eyes lit up with mischief, "we could play 'Truth or Dare.' Though, I'm not sure everyone here could handle it." Her gaze flicked pointedly toward the drink table.
Leia let out a sharp, dismissive scoff. "Games? How childish." She rose from her own cushion in one fluid, decisive motion, grabbing her small bag. "I've had enough of this. I'm leaving."
She started for the door, but paused as she passed Zaeryn. She stopped, turning to face him, her expression a mask of cold, predatory promise. "Don't think all this family talk changes anything," she said, her voice low. "Tomorrow, in the Aegis Chamber, there's no name, no reputation, and no 'cheap shots' that will save you. Enjoy your games tonight, anomaly. I'll enjoy dismantling you tomorrow."
