Chapter 303 - Chapter 303: My Son?

Raditz didn't linger in the Supreme Kai Realm for long. After bidding farewell to Shin and Kibito, he teleported to Earth.

Arriving on the familiar planet, he looked up to see peace and prosperity. More than three years had passed since the last war, and time had erased people's fear and pain. The relentless pace of life left no room for dwelling on the past.

In West City, towering skyscrapers stretched endlessly, their electronic billboards cycling through massive advertisements. One prominent display featured Tien's martial arts dojo, with bold text declaring "The Martial Arts Dojo of the Hero Who Saved the World." Even without such promotional notes, Tien's reputation had spread worldwide. His dojo was packed daily, with numerous branch locations now operating.

Chiaotzu had gained fame as well, working as an instructor in the martial arts school and teaching basic combat techniques. Many girls and older women specifically requested to join Chiaotzu's classes, though whether they genuinely wanted to learn martial arts remained questionable.

Along the way, Raditz spotted people flying through the air with strong physiques—they'd clearly developed into skilled martial artists. Promotional billboards were everywhere, featuring not just Tien but also Yamcha, Krillin, and others in TV interviews, variety shows, and movie promotions. Raditz was genuinely shocked.

What Raditz didn't know was that Yamcha had dominated West City's screens for two full years, only recently being replaced by Tien in the past year.

"These guys are actually taking the celebrity route! At least the Saiyans keep a low profile."

Raditz flew leisurely, taking in the city scenery without haste. Eventually, he returned to his Earth mansion. According to Shin, Zangya had never moved to New Vegeta, instead waiting here for his return.

Landing in the courtyard, Raditz's smile froze instantly.

Chaos surrounded him! Flower pots lay shattered everywhere, scattered soil covering the ground alongside broken branches and leaves from various plants. The massive lawn was riddled with irregularly spaced, scorched black craters—as if small ki blasts had bombarded it. The distant swimming pool was half-buried under dirt and rocks...

Does Zangya really live here? Weren't Android 16 and the others supposed to be helping? How did they let the house get into this condition?

Raditz frowned and opened the door.

Whoosh!

A light green ki wave came straight at him. Though small in size and power, it startled Raditz. He quickly neutralized the energy with telekinesis and looked around.

A petite child stood holding a small toy train, facing the door with five fingers spread, surprise flickering across his cherubic face. Raditz's sudden appearance had caught him off guard. His dark eyes blinked as he stared fixedly at this strange uncle.

The woman behind the child was equally stunned, her beautiful eyes shining like stars, lips moving but speechless.

"Yo, Android 18." Raditz smiled gently and waved.

"Ra... Raditz! You're back!"

Android 18 let out a soft cry, and at that moment, the same exclamation echoed from the next room and upstairs: "Raditz!"

Thud thud thud!

With hurried footsteps, Android 16 and Android 17 appeared one after another. Android 16 was actually wearing an apron, holding a healthy cooking book in his left hand and a spatula in his right, as if he'd been preparing a meal. Android 17, meanwhile, was dressed as a housekeeper, fully equipped with cleaning supplies, still gripping a dripping wet rag.

Their styles had certainly changed dramatically!

"Raditz, you're finally back."

"Hey, your outfits have changed quite a bit. Haha, and this is..." Raditz pointed at the child. "Your child?"

Seeing Android 18 caring for a child, he naturally assumed it belonged to one of the androids—otherwise, why would Android 16 and Android 17 be dressed like this?

"It's our child." Zangya's sweet voice drifted from the stairs as she walked briskly down the steps, throwing herself into Raditz's arms and nuzzling against his warm chest like a kitten.

Our child... doesn't that mean my child?!

Raditz felt momentarily confused—he hadn't expected to become a father! The sudden surprise made him dizzy with excitement, more thrilled than he'd ever been. Even when facing Broly, his heart hadn't raced this fast!

Perhaps this was the fateful result of their night together before the Cell Games. Now he had another precious concern in his life—a precious gift from the heavens.

"Thank goodness Shin said you were safe, you bastard. You kept me waiting so long..." Zangya grabbed Raditz's clothes coquettishly, tears splashing from the corners of her eyes and dampening his shirt.

Raditz patted her back and stroked her tenderly. "Okay, okay, I'll never leave again."

The two embraced publicly while the three androids watched in embarrassment. Finally, Android 17 broke the awkward silence with a dry cough, and Android 18 turned her head slightly, avoiding eye contact.

The child watched his mother and Raditz hugging, tilting his head thoughtfully, seeming to realize their relationship wasn't simple.

"I'm a first-time mother and don't know how to care for children, so I've been frantic. Fortunately, Android 18 and the others have been helping." Zangya blushed slightly, glancing toward the door. "But... but we still made a mess of the house."

Raditz finally understood. So that's who could destroy Zangya's living space like this—it was this little kid who'd created this chaos. Judging from the ki blast that greeted him at the door, this kid was quite mischievous and rather talented.

"In the future, we'll learn to be parents together. To be honest, I'm very nervous too." Raditz spoke truthfully. After all, as a new father, figuring out childcare was simply mind-boggling.

Furthermore, after at least years apart, would the child accept him? How should he interact with his own child? Compared to training, this was far trickier.

Zangya approached the child excitedly. "Look, this is Daddy! Daddy's back!"

She pointed at the slowly approaching Raditz with a smile, her face radiating joy. But the child timidly hid behind Zangya, clutching her pants for cover—whether from shyness or nervousness was unclear.

Although he'd always heard about his father from his mother and Aunt 18, he'd never actually met Raditz, making this first encounter difficult to process. His large, watery eyes blinked as he studied Raditz carefully, looking and looking.

The father in his imagination was tall, handsome, and very gentle. Uncle Tarble and Brother Gohan had also said that father was the strongest person in the world.

The Raditz before him appeared more mature than in the photos, radiating ki like the sun itself. His gentle smile felt even warmer, somehow closing the distance between them.

"Dad... Daddy." The child revealed half his body and called out softly.

"Hahaha..." Raditz had never been so happy. He tentatively approached the child, spreading his palm and slowly extending it.

The child looked at Zangya, then took his first step under his mother's encouraging gaze, walking toward Raditz.

Raditz gently picked him up, and the child didn't resist much. Instead, he relaxed in those warm hands and let out the refreshing laughter that only children possess.

Everyone smiled.

"By the way, what's his name?" Raditz suddenly remembered this important question.

"His name is..."
