Watabe Yuki adjusted her navy-blue hair in the airport mirror. Calm eyes hid her anxiety. Closing the book in her hands, she whispered:

Angel Smith tightened her backpack and texted Minkyu.
"Last chance to back out," he wrote.

Jack hugged his younger sister.
"You'll come back, right?"

Stella Rossi stirred the risotto, feeling her mother's silent embrace.

Luke held his guitar as his manager urged him to fly to Los Angeles. He sighed at the sunset.
