Chapter 909 - Chapter 909: The Goddess of Another World

"Loki" glanced around coldly and uttered a single word.

"Winter."

Suddenly, the air around them seemed to pause for a moment. The entire floor was saturated with moisture due to the "Great Fall," and it was this very condition that made the floor more susceptible to temperature changes.

Crackle!

Moisture condensed in large amounts, and the wet ground instantly froze.

In just a few seconds, the entire floor was covered in frost. After only a minute, the entire 'Great Fall' had transformed into an 'Icy Sculpture Waterfall.'

"Deceive the World."

Such a tactic was uncharacteristic of Loki. After all, Bell knew Loki showed no mercy to other gods. But when it came to deceiving the world, Loki was extremely cautious.

However, moments like this were the only times one could truly see how "Deceive the World" operated.

The power of "Deception" was formidable. At least, Bell felt that in a certain sense, "Deception" could be called an omnipotent power. But with that omnipotence came a serious question: could the 'World' tolerate a god who constantly deceived it?

"Deceiving all things is possible, but deceiving the World... that's probably a stretch."

In Bell's view, if Loki ever went that far, Mother would likely be the first to step in and give her a few solid punches.

"But deceiving within a specific area is essentially deceiving all things. As long as it doesn't involve the whole world, Mother probably wouldn't get too angry."

"Still, it's best not to provoke Loki. Otherwise, she really might jump up."

"Enough."

Loki's figure dissipated like a wisp of smoke.

Bell nodded slightly. His manipulation of time within his own memories had become much more precise than before. Thinking about Amphisbaena's actions, Bell suddenly felt the urge to conduct a deeper test.

This time, however, he wouldn't be testing gods from the Danmachi universe, but those from the Type-Moon universe.

With that thought in mind, Bell walked slowly toward the open air to the right, where no rocky path existed.

The "Great Fall" truly was a unique three-tiered area, with its floors almost seamlessly connected by a single waterfall.

This area was divided into the upper floors of the waterfall, the middle floors, and the lower floors.

Unlike the previous levels, these three floors didn't have fixed partitions. To reach the lower floors, one had to go through specific passages or simply jump directly from the top waterfall.

With enough courage and luck, one might survive the fall.

At that moment, Bell stood in the air, directly above the base of the "Great Fall."

Snap!

Slowly, the figure of a young girl materialized beside Bell.

She had black twin tails, a golden-and-white crown on her head, a black sleeve on her left arm, and deep blue leggings on her right leg—all adorned with gold embellishments, giving her a luxurious appearance.

Her attire was relatively revealing, consisting of a white bustier and shorts, both accented with gold.

From a distance, there was no sense of vulgarity, only an inexplicable air of authority.

Beside her was a giant flying bow, nearly twice her height. Like the girl herself, the bow was predominantly blue, with golden decorations as accents.

The entire ensemble radiated an aura of opulent grandeur.

Bell couldn't help but marvel at the girl.

"Rin Tohsaka certainly has good taste. Even this willful, tsundere type can be turned around. Though, adding Rin Tohsaka has made her tsundere tendencies even stronger. But at least as a goddess, that should count as a plus."

Bell then observed the girl's form and the level of power she wielded.

"Hmm, seems like the Ishtar I remember, though she's a bit weaker. The limitations of being a Heroic Spirit really restrain a god's strength."

But after a moment, Bell decided to keep that thought to himself.

"Never mind. Given this madwoman's temperament, being a Heroic Spirit suits her best. Anyone seeing her divine form would likely get their blood pressure up."

However, being able to summon this girl confirmed something for Bell: anyone who left a strong impression in his memories could be pulled out from them.

At this moment, the Axe King from the Type-Moon universe, who had suffered much at the hands of this madwoman, couldn't help but nod in agreement.

Only the goddess herself was angrily gnashing her teeth beside him.

"Who's godly form makes people's blood pressure rise?"

The Axe King from Uruk cast a twitching glance at the troublesome goddess. He really wanted to say, "Don't you have any self-awareness?"

But remembering how this madwoman would cause trouble later, he forced himself to hold back the urge to comment.

The gods watching from the Tower of Babel were all shocked, staring at the goddess projected before them, with Loki being the first to leap from her seat.

...

"How is Ishtar from the other world so different from ours?"

"Hmmm…"

The gods beside her couldn't help but agree with Loki's assessment.

"If Ishtar looked like that, she wouldn't need to compare herself to Freya. Even compared to Freya, she'd be just as impressive."

From her demeanor in the projection, it was clear that Ishtar from the other world still carried pride—she wasn't some cheap woman who wouldn't even spare a dog.

Loki felt that if their world's Ishtar had even a fraction of the otherworldly aura, she probably wouldn't have ended up in a competition with Freya.

"Hmmm, she bears a slight resemblance to Hestia."

Freya's sudden observation made Loki glance at her. After recalling Hestia's aloof demeanor in the heavens and then looking at the girl in the projection, he realized there was indeed some resemblance.

"But compared to Ishtar from another world, what I'm more interested in is how that child managed to pull Ishtar from the other world here."

"This isn't just about summoning a god to your side—it's about pulling a god across worlds. Normally, that should be impossible."

Yes, ordinarily, such a feat was absolutely unachievable.

The gods themselves couldn't comprehend how the boy in the projection had managed such an impossible feat.
