"We know it. But world will not believe it." Ashwant was in stress that he don't know what to do.
"Why not?" Ahil entered in chamber, making everyone look at him. "We love eachother. We want to live together. I want to make her my wife, the princess of Jwalana. Why would anyone have problem with her. I am not ruining her. I want to make her a princess. What's wrong in it?"
"The problem is that she is from Bayar. You know what Abel will do after knowing this all?" Ashwant asked.
Abhiveera just kept quiet, not knowing what to say. He don't want Ahil to lose his love as Abhiveera did but he don't want Ahil to suffer as well.
"I know and I am ready to face it. That's why I want to bring her and her family to Jwalana. Her father was ready long ago to come to Jwalana but because I told him to be my spy they stayed in Bayar. They would have come here at that time then what's the problem."
"Father, I am with Ahil. He is not doing anything wrong. They love eachother and if we bring her here, there won't be any problem. We are not forcing her. If she want, she can come and if she don't want to come, she can stay in Bayar and until then, no one will know about this matter. We are just bringing our spies back before war. That's it." Raksheet said, defending and supporting his brother.
Ahil looked at Abhiveera in hope and went towards him. He held his hands and said "Grandfather, you say something. I love her. I don't want to loose her. She will die if she stays in Bayar and if Abel get to know that I love her."
Suddenly the scene of Irya committing suicide came in Abhiveera's mind and a shiver ran down in his spine. He don't want his grandson to face all the heartbreak and regret he felt in past. It was horrible.
He nod and patted Ahil's hand "Fine. We will bring her here. You can marry her."
"Father?" Ashwant said, surprised that his father agreed for it.
Abhiveera looked at Ashwant and nod "Regret is worse than death. I don't want my family to face it. We will take care of. We will face the situation. Don't worry."
Ashwant looked away and nod with a sigh. "Fine. But we have to face war soon."
"I know father." Ahil said and went towards Ashwant "And I am not saying that I want to get married now. We will think about marriage later. First, we have to win the war. And I can focus on war only if she is safe, out of Bayar, the kingdom I want to destroy."
"Good. Destroy the kingdom and then we will think about your marriage." Ashwant said and left from there.
Ahil looked at Raksheet and he reassured Ahil that he will handle it and ran behind Ashwant. Ahil turned toward Abhiveera and asked in hurtful tone "Did I do something wrong? Can't I love someone?" His eyes turned red and moist.
Abhiveera hugged him and caressed his hair and said gently "No. You are not wrong. Love is not a crime. You can love anyone you want. Don't worry. Your father is in stress. The war was already making him restless and upon that he is shocked to know that you are in love with a girl and that girl is your slave. You shouldn't have made her your slave."
"I didn't wanted to." Ahil said in between his sobs "But I had to. To hide my identity. I am sorry grandfather. I won't repeat this mistake again. But I really love her. Please bring her here."
"We will. Don't worry." He patted Ahil's back "Calm down and go back to the training. We have to win the war and after that..." He broke the hug and cupped Ahil's face "We have to prepare for your marriage."
Ahil chuckled and nod. "Sure. I am leaving then."
Abhiveera nod and let go of Ahil. "Go."
Raksheet entered in Ashwant's chamber and found him sitting on the couch, holding his head with both his hands and Avanya sitting next to him. She turned her gaze towards Raksheet when she heard someone entering in chamber.
"Raksheet, come." She said.
Ashwant looked at him and again looked away.
Raksheet entered inside the chamber with slow steps. "Father.....I know Ahil is still young and he was always protected by you, me and other family members but.....he is mature. He is the commander of Jwalana army. I know we are protective for him but he is not a child anymore."
He looked at Avanya and she had the same expression as him. She was happy for Ahil but she know her husband is also right. Ahil will have to face so many difficulties in future.
Raksheet again looked at Ashwant and said "He is grown up. He is of the age of marriage. He can fall in love. I was expecting this from his from a long ago but he didn't fell for anyone. He always prioritised his training, studies and duties. He has sacrificed too. And may be if this war wasn't about to start, he wouldn't have told us about his love. He would have sacrificed it as well. I am his brother but I have never seen him asking for something so desperately. I just want to say...if he can handle the entire Jwalana army, then he can handle future problems as well."
"What if he can't?" Finally Ashwant spoke and looked at Raksheet.
"What if he can't handle it and loose her? You know marrying a slave girl is not easy. He made her his slave and now want to marry her. She is from Bayar. Abel will create scene about it. He will put allegation on us and say that we are making his people our slaves and and forcing them, specially that girl to marry Ahil.
He will try to prove my son a characterless man. His name, his status, his respect everything will get tarnished. The amount of hard work he has done to achive this position as the commander of Jwalana army will go in vain. I can't see my son breaking down infront of a wicked man like Abel. I can't let my son step in such a dangerous situation."
"He is going to step in battle field!" Avanya spoke "Isn't that more dangerous?.....My son, the most pampered and spoiled one, the youngest child of this family is going to step in battle field for the first time and that too as a commander.
You don't know how scary it is for me. You and Raksheet has fought battles before but him, he has never seen any war, not even a battle field. If that's not dangerous to you then why his love is so scary for you?" The tears fell down from her eyes.
Raksheet went towards her and sat down beside her. He side hugged her and rubbed her arm to calm her down. Ashwant looked at her and his eyes soften.
"Since the moment I heard that there is a war going to happen, you don't know how scared I am. My sons, one who just got married and other one who has always been the life of this palace and my husband with whom I thought to spend time after our son's coronation will put their lives in danger. I can't even sleep peacefully. I think about it every minute, every second, every moment."
