"Princess!" He again called her. Finally she came to her sense.
"W-What did you said?" She asked, crying hardly "What happened to my grandfather?"
"He is sick." Raksheet repeated.
"H-How? You promised me you won't let anything happen to him. You said you will protect him, didn't you? Then how this happened?" She asked, feeling hurt that her husband broke his promise "And why didn't you told me this before?"
"Princess, you were already tensed about war. I didn't wanted you to worry more. I knew you will be worried for him. But you were already affected because of war. My spies always stays around grandfather and they found nothing suspicious. Your father is taking good care of him but may be the medicine didn't worked. He had recovered a lot few days ago but suddenly he fell sick again." Raksheet explained.
Ira felt her heart aching, she can imagine her grandfather lying on his bed burning in fever. She shook her head as the thought of losing her grandfather came in her mind. She shook her head repeatedly and held her head with both hands as if she is having a panic attack
"No No No, it can't be! It can't be! No" she repeated.
Raksheet's eyes widened in shock after seeing his wife having panic attack and he immediately held her hands and pulled her in his embrace, caressing her head gently to calm her down.
"Calm down, princess. Everything is fine. Your grandfather is just sick. If you go there and take care of him, he will be fine. He is fine. Calm down."
Ira was breathing heavily, crying hardly. The only thought of losing her grandfather was making her have panic attack then what will happen if she lose him for real. And that is making Raksheet more worried for her.
He continued to console her until she calm down. As she calmed down, Raksheet poured the water in glass and gave it to her.
She refused to drink it but after forcing a little, she drank it and stayed in his embrace.
He gently caressed her head and said "Princess, I am sorry. I broke my promise. But I don't know what happened. My spies are always around him yet he fell sick. And now, your father has forbidden my spies from entering in grandfather's chamber. That's why, I think it would be better if you go there and take care of him. Who knows, he might recover soon if he hears his beloved granddaughter's voice."
Ira just stayed silent, not knowing what to say. Her grandfather is sick and in critical condition. She don't even know whether he will recover or not.
"Princess..." Raksheet called and looked at her face "You will go to Aaro, right?"
Ira nod weakly, her face emotionless. Raksheet's heart ached to see his wife so sad and depressed. He pulled her more closer and hugged tightly. He kissed her forehead and patted her gently until she fell asleep.
Seya slowly opened her eyes, feeling weak. She tried to look around, her vision blury and as she tried to move a little, a sharp pain made her groan.
Hearing her voice, her mother woke up who was sleeping beside her. She sat up and asked to Seya.
"Seya, how are you feeling? Are you alright? Is it hurting? Do you want me to call the healer?"
Seya just started at her mother, having the urge to cry to see her mother's worried face. When she was cutting her wrist, she had a thought, what if she doesn't wake up after this? What if she will never be able to see her mother again?
And now, after seeing her mother infront of her, she felt like crying and a tear escaped from her eyes.
Seeing her crying, Kavya became more worried and cupped her face gently. "W-What happened dear? Are you feeling pain? Is it hurting?" She then turned toward the door and yelled "Soldier! Summon his majesty!"
The soldier outside Seya's chamber ran away to call Abel and Kavya said to Seya while caressing her forehead "Father will be here soon. Are you hungry? Let me bring something for you to eat." She was about to step down from bed but Seya suddenly held her hand and stopped her.
Kavya stopped and looked at Seya. Her eyes turned moist and she hugged her daughter. Both started crying, holding eachother tightly.
"Why you did this dear?" Kavya asked "If something is bothering you, tell me." She broke the hug and cupped Seya's face with one hand "But don't do anything like this again. You don't know how scared I was."
"I am sorry, mother." Seya said, crying hard.
Abel and Pavan entered in chamber and rushed towards Seya. Abel sat down beside her and held her hand.
"My child, are you alright?" He asked.
Pavan just stood there, feeling happy that his sister woke up and waiting for real drama to start.
Seeing her father, Seya realised that she have to start the plan now. She started crying hard and held his hand.
"What happened dear?" Abel continued "Tell me, why you did this? You are not like this. My daughter is so brave and strong then why you did this?"
"Father....I am hurt." She said "How can he do this? I love him so much. I never thought about anyone else but him, then why he did this to me?"
"W-Who dear? Who did what to you?" Kavya asked "Tell us."
"King Raksheet." Seya finally said and looked at her mother. "I love him so much but he rejected me. I have expressed my feelings to him yet he rejected me. Why?!"
Kavya looked at Abel in confusion as well as shock. "What is she talking about?"
Abel glanced at Pavan who was having same expression as him and the looked at Kavya and said with a little anger "Seya love him. She asked me to send marrige proposal to Raksheet but he rejected it."
"What?" Kavya was surprised that no one told her about it. Her husband is sending marriage proposal of their daughter that too to their enemy and he didn't bothered to inform her.
"Why didn't you told me?" She asked.
"I thought to tell you after receiving their answer but they rejected the proposal." Abel replied and looked at Seya. "Is that the reason you did this?"
Seya nod slowly."If I can't marry him.....then what's the point of living? The man I love rejected me? I just want him! I don't want anyone else but him!" She said and covered her face with one hand, sobing hardly.
Seeing her daughter so broken, Kavya got angry on Raksheet. She never cared about the enmity as long as it's not affecting her kids. But now, when their enemy has caused Seya to do such a dangerous thing that almost cost her life, Kavya hate Raksheet and want to destroy him. She turned her gaze towards Abel with anger filled in her eyes and said.
"Our enemy has broken our daughter's heart. She tried to commit suicide because of him. This marriage would have made alliance but they rejected it. Are you going to let this slide away?"
"W-What do you mean?" Abel asked, surprised that his peaceful wife is talking like this.
"What do you think? They have broken our daughter's heart. They have to pay for it." She glanced at Seya and again looked at Abel. "My daughter tried to commit suicide because of him. I want that man on his knees in front of my daughter. Not only him, but his entire Kingdom. I want you to win that kingdom and give it to my daughter. I want that man to be my daughter's slave and obey her."
The anger in Kavya's eyes shocked Abel for a moment but soon he realised that how sensitive his wife is for their kids that she won't leave anyone easily who have hurted them.
He nod, agreeing with Kavya that he will take the revenge for their daughter. "I won't let them live in peace. Our daughter was ready to be his second wife, yet he rejected her." He caressed Seya's cheeks and they looked at Kavya "He don't want to end this enmity. But we do. Either peacefully or by announcing a war and destroying them."
He then turned towards Pavan and said "Pavan, start preparing for war. In three days, we are going to announce the war on Jwalana. We will win that kingdom and make their king our slaves." He looked at Seya and continued "Seya's slave."
