"Are the gates of Uruk open? According to the latest intelligence, Tiamat will arrive in approximately three hours. This King has permitted the opening of the Gate of Babylon; no mistakes are allowed now."

"Everything has been done as ordered. For the foreseeable future, everything in Uruk will be open to Asher," Siduri replied, bowing slightly.

"What about Ishtar? What is that fool doing now?"

"Goddess Ishtar is currently patrolling the skies in her Heavenly Boat. The recent intelligence was reported by her attendant," Siduri answered.

"What about Merlin and the people from Chaldea?"

"Merlin is with Ritsuka. Miss Anna has defeated the monstrous goddess Gorgon, which also caused the awakening of Goddess Tiamat... You should be aware of this. They are currently rushing towards Uruk, but Asher is expected to arrive before them."

Gilgamesh put down the clay tablet in his hand, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the armrest of his chair, seemingly deep in thought.

"Do you have any other concerns?" Siduri asked, looking up.

Gilgamesh snapped back to reality, shook his head, and a smile reappeared on his face: "No, I just find it a bit incredible. I thought there would be a bloody battle... even these eyes told me so." He gazed out of the hall towards the divine tower, muttering, "But this is also good. This is a special battle, one that even this King is experiencing for the first time."

"Show this King well, Asher, how you will make Goddess Tiamat understand humanity."

Mordred sat on the high city wall, a blade of grass in her mouth, gazing up at the clear blue sky.

"What are you thinking about?" Jeanne appeared from behind her at some point, hands behind her back, a faint smile on her face.

"Of course, it's about Father! Is there anything else that would annoy me?" Mordred pulled the blade of grass from her mouth and gave a self-deprecating laugh. "I really didn't expect it to end this way, letting Father and the Progenitor Goddess start a heartwarming romance? What an absurd decision."

"This is the best method, isn't it? And it doesn't necessarily have to be a romance," Jeanne said.

"According to what Mr. Merlin brought back, Goddess Tiamat has special feelings for him, but what kind of feelings is still unknown. So, even if they go out together and even live together in the coming days, it doesn't necessarily mean it's love."

"After all, that Mother seems to love her children more than she loves romantically, right?"

"You have a point there," Mordred muttered, then turned to look behind her. "But what if... I mean, what if the Progenitor Goddess you mentioned can't distinguish between parental love and romantic love for a child?"

"Or, what if it's both?"

Jeanne's expression froze for a moment, then she waved her hand with a smile, "No, no, it won't be like that..."

Although she said this, she somewhat believed the possibility Mordred presented.

"And that person is my Father! Now he's actually going to be with someone other than Mother... Although I'm pretty used to it by now, it's still different. After all, this is the Progenitor Goddess, completely different from those two old hag" Mordred suddenly coughed, "I mean, it's completely different from Father's Shishou and older sister."

"Shishou and older sister...?" Jeanne's eyes showed confusion. "What does that have to do with Ash's Shishou and older sister?"

Mordred gave Jeanne a deep look, then irritably ran her hands through her hair. "Argh! So annoying, let's not talk about this. In short, according to Gilgamesh, this time we just need to be good observers and not interfere too much, right?" At the end, Mordred clicked her tongue with a "Tch," "That guy really underestimates me. Does he really need to specifically warn me about this? I'm not some rebellious bad kid."

Jeanne offered a helpless smile. Although she didn't know much about Mordred, their time together had allowed her to somewhat understand Mordred's personality. She felt that Mordred might actually do something.

"What's wrong? Even you don't believe me?" Feeling Jeanne's subtle gaze, Mordred glared at Jeanne in embarrassment and anger.

"No, I believe you..." Jeanne shook her head, smiling,

"You're an upright good child."

Mordred then retracted her gaze, satisfied. Jeanne maintained her smile, looking up at the outskirts beyond the city gates. Yes, upright... Upright and rebellious are not contradictory. She silently added that to herself with a smile.

"Lord Asher is heading towards the North Gate!" A voice from a Uruk soldier suddenly came from below the city gate. Then, the Uruk soldier threw a gem into the air, shouting, "I trouble you, Goddess Ishtar!"

The Heavenly Boat, Vimaana, swept past the soldier in an instant. Ishtar reached out and caught the gem flying in mid-air, a charming curve on her lips as she pointed a finger towards the sky:

"Your request, I have indeed received it!"

The Heavenly Boat Vimaana released a dazzling golden

light from high above. Almost simultaneously, the guards at various city gates saw this golden light, their spirits suddenly invigorated, and they immediately relayed the message to other soldiers.

"The street residents have already been notified in advance to ensure the streets are clear!"

"Other cities have also been notified, ensuring maximum convenience even if one leaves this city."

"Relax your guard, and for now, put down your weapons!"

Ushiwakamaru commanded the soldiers, speaking loudly, "Remember, what we are about to face is not a bloody battle, but merely watching an ordinary woman, no more, no less, walk through these city gates. The only thing we need to do is our job" She paused, then continued, "Yes, we don't need to do anything. We just need to face her kindly, offer a friendly smile, and

present our gifts. Everything else is unnecessary!"

"Then..." Ushiwakamaru looked around at the soldiers.

"Let's begin the final 'battle'!"

The sunlight shone upon the land. Asher and Tiamat rode Sleipnir towards the city of Uruk. Tiamat had already sealed herself to her limits; she now appeared only slightly taller than an ordinary woman. Of course, this was all just an illusion; if Tiamat wished, she could fill the entire Indian Ocean.

"Thank you for your hard work, go and rest well," Asher said, patting Sleipnir's head. Sleipnir neighed, looked at Asher again, and then vanished.

"Lord Asher, you've returned." As they arrived at the city gate with Tiamat, a Uruk soldier said respectfully, then looked curiously at the woman beside him. "Is this your companion? She truly is quite suitable."

Asher: "???"

"Oh, right, this is a gift I'm giving you in advance. I hope you'll accept it." The Uruk soldier handed a piece of candy to Tiamat, maintaining a smile under her gaze. "It tastes very good; my daughter loves it too." He didn't even notice the cold sweat starting to bead on his forehead.

Tiamat glanced at the Uruk soldier, then tilted her head to look at Asher. "Take it, it's his kind intention," Asher said, stroking her head. Tiamat accepted the candy, then, without waiting for Asher to speak, she ate it whole, wrapper and all. While chewing, she tilted her head slightly, seemingly wondering why there was a strange taste in the sweet thing.

After bidding farewell to the Uruk soldier, the two walked through the city gates. Asher looked around, feeling a bit strange. He felt that the street seemed somewhat quiet today; usually, the streets wouldn't be this empty. And most importantly, when did Uruk have so many stalls and delicious food?

But never mind, he didn't need to consider these things for now. He should first ask Miss Siduri if there were any clothes; he needed to borrow one from her. In the dream, Tiamat had a thin piece of cloth that covered her chest, but when she awoke earlier, she was wearing nothing. The black robe she was currently wrapped in was one Asher had temporarily lent her.

The two had barely walked a few steps when Asher bumped into a woman. The woman wore a veil, and when she looked up and saw Asher, her face showed a very surprised expression: "Eh? Isn't this Lord Asher? Is this beautiful woman beside you perhaps your lover?"

Asher was stunned. If he remembered correctly, this person was Ritsuka, right?

"No" Before Asher could speak, Ritsuka smiled and handed him a piece of clothing: "Perfect, I have a piece of clothing I just made two days ago that I haven't worn yet. It suits her well, so I'll give it to you." After speaking, she stuffed the clothes into Asher's arms and then fled like a flash.

Looking at the quickly departing Ritsuka Fujimaru,

Asher's mouth twitched slightly. Did these people misunderstand something? ...Are they really planning for him to conquer Tiamat? He considered his relationship with Tiamat to be very ordinary... Hmm, yes, just a very ordinary relationship, that kiss earlier was just an accident. ...Even Asher himself didn't believe that explanation. However, he couldn't understand what Tiamat was thinking. At this moment, he couldn't discern any expression on her face, so he naturally couldn't know her current thoughts.

Suddenly, he felt a tug on his clothes. Asher turned his head, and Tiamat pointed to the clothes in his arms.

"Do you want to try on these clothes?"

"Aaaa"

Yes, no matter what others thought, their fundamental intention was to make Tiamat experience the good side of humanity... so let them misunderstand for now.

"Hmm, I'll take you to change first," Asher said.
