"Yo, you're awake, Hero!"
Milim popped up beside the bed, smiling brightly.
"I didn't expect you to actually beat me. That was really surprising!"
"...And then?" Emiya Shirou looked at her flatly. "You lost. So why are you still hanging around?"
"Because this place is interesting," Milim replied without hesitation.
She raised the jar in her hand, eyes sparkling.
"This honey thing is amazing. I want more."
"Don't look at me," Emiya Shirou said, shaking his head. "I don't have that."
Milim, who looked nothing like the terrifying existence from the battlefield, made him feel helpless in a different way altogether.
He then switched to thought communication with Rimuru.
What happened after I passed out?
Rimuru explained everything.
After Emiya Shirou launched the attack capable of annihilating the entire Great Forest of Jura and sent it skyward, the battlefield finally fell silent. Once it was clear there was no further movement, Rimuru and the others cautiously returned.
They found Milim sitting beside Emiya Shirou's unconscious body, repeatedly poking him with her finger.

When he had taught everyone how to cook before, he focused on savory dishes. Desserts and pastries were a different matter.
There was no sugar in this world.
He had some stored away, but it was negligible compared to the needs of a city with tens of thousands of residents. Teaching dessert-making would have been pointless.
But now, the situation was different.
If desserts could keep the strongest Demon Lord in check, then he would not hold back.
After all, in this world-
There was no better training partner than her.
Behind him, the city fell into silence.
Executives like Rimuru and Shuna stared at the restored streets. Citizens froze where they stood, staring at the impossible sight.
Then-
Cheers erupted.
"How did you do that, Lord Emiya!?"
"With projected armaments, of course!"
"You're omnipotent!"
"Long live Lord Emiya!"
The voices surged like a wave.
Listening to the cheers echo through the city, Emiya Shirou smiled faintly.
This is what I should do.
