There will be three Konoha ninjas to join the Akatsuki. Those 3 are officially Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Danzo.
This story will have many shocking turns and twists. I will not just stick to Canon; I will try to shake things up. This will be a completely different ninja villages.
There is only one story at a time.

Mindy- She is Mei's little sister and has been in this fanfiction since chapter 4 and is on Mei's Genin team.
Yuuhi- She is a sensor-type ninja who is on Might Guy's Genin team.
Shunske- He is a good taijutsu user and is on Mei's Genin team.
Akira- She is a Hoziki clan descendant and is on Mei's Genin team.
Minato Hatake- Kakashi and Anko's 3-year-old baby boy.
Itachi had just gotten back to his Mizukage office when he received some troubling news. Yagura had stopped contacting them. He sent out a search party for his most recent location and judging by the damage done to the area, there had been a ninja battle. What confirmed for him the most that Yagura was dead was that one of Naruto's Hirashin Kunai was there. Naruto gave that to Yagura for emergencies if the Akatsuki attacked. Itachi also saw a Root ANBU mask there as well; the Root ANBU was a covert organization within the Leaf Village that operated under Danzo's command. This evidence indicated that Danzo was one of the Akatsuki members responsible for Yagura's death. He should have known that Danzo would have predicted that he would recall Yagura after his attack on the Hidden Cloud Village. Itachi should have immediately headed directly to Yagura to retrieve him before Danzo could make his move. He could have stepped in and saved Yagura, but now all he has is regret. Now, for that reason, they lost their three-tailed jinchuriki. They lost three tails as well. On top of that, they lost the Fourth Mizukage. The village that he had grown to love like his own filled the hole in his heart left by having to kill his clan. That village would have to mourn the loss of their dead previous Mizukage. Yagura had a history of regret, but Itachi really respected his admirable intentions. He was manipulated by the genjutsu to do those horrible bloodline purges, which caused immense suffering within the village. But his love for his village and his desire to make it the best it could be deserved nothing but respect. On top of all that, he knew that the already unstable Naruto was going to fall even further into the darkness he was moving toward. He knew that Naruto's family, whom Naruto still had not gone to see since Kakashi's death, would grow even more worried about the boy. There was a knock on the door and Itachi put on a serious facial expression, showing no emotion. Come in. Naruto walked into his office. Itachi motioned Naruto to sit down and he did. Itachi put the Hirasin kunai on the table and Naruto's eyes went wide. Itachi said, " Yagura was killed by two Akatsuki members yesterday. As you can see, we confirmed it was him because that was the last place he was, and your Hirashin kunai was there. I know this is difficult for you. I wanted to inform you before we shared the news with the village. Itachi was reaching his hand to try to put it on top of Naruto's head to comfort him. Before Itachi could completely reach him, Naruto said, "I should have known that I do not deserve to have hope." Naruto Hirashined out of the building before Itachi comforting hand could reach him.
Naruto Hirashined to the lake he always goes to when he wants to be alone. He climbs to his favorite tree branch, looking at the sky in the daytime. The sun was in the air, and the lake's blue hue really came through during the day. There were very few clouds passing through the sky. Tears started to stream down Naruto's face. Another one of his precious people was gone, with him being able to do nothing to protect them. He really missed how Yagura was such a calming force in his life. Yagura was so wise and helped him befriend the demon inside him. He really could not believe that he had started to hope for change after speaking with Killer Bee. It was hilarious that he thought for a moment he could rebuild his friendship with the 9-tailed fox. He did not deserve peace. He did not deserve friendship. He did not deserve love. He was a failure who naively dreamed of being Mizukage. He dreamed of having a place that he could call home. But all he had to show for all of that was death. He failed to protect those he cared about. What value did all of his power have if he could not protect the ones closest to him? He walked to the lake dazed with tears steaming down his face. He kept on walking into the lake without even trying to focus chakra on his feet to walk on it. He laid his back towards the water and started to float under, unmoving, not caring at all about living on. He was floating downward into complete darkness, being unable to breathe. Then his eyes went wide, and he swam back to the surface of the lake to take a breath. He looked up at the sky, steeling his resolve, and with anger in his eyes, he said. "The only thing I have to live for now is revenge. I will kill every Akakastuki member I ever see. And when I find the person who created that organization that killed my two precious people, my blade will burn red with their blood."
Deep within a cave in a mountain was a massive figure. This figure had a gray skin tone with 10 holes for eyes on its forehead. Only three of the holes contained moving eyes. The massive figure had an odd humanoid face and an unusual hair structure, and it appeared as if only the chest were protruding through the earth. The sight made one wonder how massive the full body was. His hands were open, palms facing up, as if he were going to catch something. The gigantic being had 10 massive fingers, and on each of those fingers were people wearing black robes with red clouds. It was the Akatsuki, which had just finished sealing the 2- and 3-tailed Jinchuriki over a week-long process. A man with orange hair was wearing a Hidden Rain Village headband with a horizontal flash through it. He has purple eyes with black rings. He had 7 black metal rod piercings through both ears. Three black metal rod piercings were visible in his nose. He wore a black robe with red clouds. I was leaving the cave with a woman who had blue hair and wore a rose that matched the shade of her hair. She had a piercing below her lip. She also wore a black robe decorated with red clouds. A man phased through the ground in front of them, wearing an orange swirl mask with one eyehole. He had a black and red Akatsuki cloak. He had a red Sharingan was active and spoke in a deep voice and said:. "You must capture Naruto; he has gotten too strong for the other members. He has mastered the Hirashin. You should capture him before he fully masters his 9-tailed state, Pain. Pain looked seriously and replied with a deep, booming voice. "I will show him the overwhelming power of a god. I will show Naruto what true pain is." The woman next to Pain calmly spoke and said, " Madara Pain has never lost a fight. You speak as though he will. We won many battles building the Akatasuki before you joined. This battle will be no different. There is no chance for defeat with Pain." The man with the orange swirl mask seriously said, " We are getting closer to our goal. Failure is not an option that I can accept." The man with the orange swirl mask phased back underground, maintaining eye contact with Pain the entire time until he was completely submerged.
