Nan Ke supported Shen Mu back to their room, his face full of disdain.
"If you don't want to go back, then don't go back. What's the big deal?" He suddenly had an idea and leaned in towards Shen Mu, asking, "How about I take you away? Then you'll never have to go back to K Continent again."
Shen Mu raised an eyebrow. "Where would you take me? The game arcade in Las Vegas? Or the underground boxing arena in Philadelphia?"
Nan Ke had taken Shen Mu to many places, all filled with violence and bloodshed, but also with a unique kind of revelry and excitement.
Nan Ke was helpless. "Can't I take you to a nicer place?"
Shen Mu smiled. "Like where?"
"Like...the other side of Europa? You can see the aurora borealis from there, and it snows in the winter."
Shen Mu chuckled. "I can't imagine what we'd look like watching the aurora borealis together. We're better suited for playing on the training field."
