The dark Blade cuts through one in a brutal way. Many people tried to land even a hit at Sayi but thier hands would get cut even before casting their spells
Sayi: wow you guys held off against me but failed to finish me.
Village chief : it looks like we are losing this battle your dark order. Feel free to finish me.
Sayi: no. I don't think I will.
The village chief gets confused by sayi's words.
Sayi : first I will play with you and when I'm tired I'll kill you
Village chief : Don't get confident. I'm strong you know.
Sayi: Allow me to test it out
They both stood against eachother in the bloody battlefield. The bodies of the defeated soldiers lying around them. Now only the village chief stands.
Sayi : let's get started then !
Sayi said smiling with excitement as he said at the village chief. The village chief dodges Sayi's sword merely. The village chief used an earth technique which created a stone wall infront of them but Sayi was able to split the stone barrier in half. Then he proceeded to stand one of the split while it was in mid air. Then the next moment an explosion occured from where he stabbed.
The chief got knockbacked a bit far and got back on his feet. He took heavy breaths and looked at Sayi who was standing there holding his sword on one hand. Then he disappeared.
He moved at a speed faster than anyone in the village could react. But the village chief calm and collected side stepped. The next moment sayi appeared with his his blade in a position stabbing the place where the village chief was originally standing.
Sayi's eyes opened wide out of our pure stick and disbelief. He hurried and number back to where he was standing before.
Sayi : oh that's a first
He says with a shocked face. He is genuinely in utter disbelief at how the village chief dodged his attack.
The village chief: didn't i told you. I'm stronger than you think.
Sayi with his superior strength couldn't get any information at first. But then he remembered something.
While his attacks was dodged he took a single glance at the village chief's face. He saw something in the village chief's eyes at that time. His eyeballs was pure yellow with three black lines. One was from vertically passing the centre. Another one was running horizontaly passing the centre. Meanwhile the third one passed from a corner across the centre.
They eyes reminded him of something. Someone he once knew.
Sayi: the demo vision.
Sayi says as he matches the pieces
Sayi : a vision that can identify and send signal to the brain at the right time of the attack.
The sweat feel down from the village chief's face
The village chief : aren't you scared Sayi. I possess a vision that can surpass the strength
Sayi smiled lightly
Sayi : pfft scared? Me? They vision of yours the demo vision has limited capabilities. It strength from the spiritual energy of the user. My speed is faster than you even though I was holding back. The best way to overcome your vision is to stop holding back
The village chief swallows hard.
The village chief: what good will that do
Sayi : if I move fast, so fast that what your eye can see then I can overcome your vision.
The answer of dark scared the village chief.
Sayi : then let's get going again
Sayi says as he dashed again. The village chief panicked and raises his arms But before his spell would work Sayi cut his hands clean off. The village chief is suprised and hasn't even processed of is happening because Sayi wasn't anywhere to be seen. Then sayi appeared in from of him. Sayi's back is turned on front of the village in a attacking posture.
The next moment blood spilled everywhere. A thousand cuts was made on the body of village chief. He now is kneeled down. His eyes started to get empty. His emotions drained.
Sayi : you put up a show infront of me
The village chief : I may have but I'm still powerless
Sayi : any last words
Sayi says smiling as he holds his sword over the village chief's head.
The village chief hesitated for a moment. He couldn't find words that could be honoured
The village chief : one day..... One day you will fall with the hell you made along the devil you praised and seeing that I would laugh...Laugh till my souls dries up
The village chief's words held the weight of all the fallen men. Sayi let's out a slight smile as he lowered the sword cutting the village chief in half. Blood spilled everywhere as the split opened pieces fell flat to the ground. Seeing this gruesome scene Sayi couldn't help but smirk out of pity

The carriages moves as fast as they can to escape. Sheldo and emm's carriage is in the hurry to leave. Then another explosion was heard
Sheldo : who is that
Sheldo thinks to himself
Emma: another enemy?
Emma also followed up with a thought. Then a rescue team officer yelled
"ITS AN ATTACK ON THAT WAY, CHANGE DIRECTIONS"
he said with a loud tone yelling. Then the fire that was burning the village Raged more and out of it came the devil, Kendo
Kendo : ohh look who it is. A kid who will see his parents in paradise soon.
This words struck his head

He thought to himself as he made a conclusion. Sheldo's eyes began to water as he realises the truth. His emotional pain mage him kneel down holding his mouth in pain and agony
Kendo : don't worry kid, allow me to take care of that big head of yours
Kendo says as he walked towards sheldo and held sheldo's hair. Kendo tightened his grip in an intent to rip sheldo's head off
But then in an instant kendo felt a presence. But before he could react kendo's hands was sliced and seperated it from his forearms.
It was an attack made by someone sheldo knew. Someone who is seen as the strongest in the village.
Sheldo : DAAAD!!!
Sheldo screamed in disbelief as Garno appeared in between sheldo and kendo.
Kendo's eyes widen in shock to see someone would be able to slice his hands clean.
"Run sheldo. I'll hold him off so pick up Emma and escape!!!!" Garno yells at sheldo commanding him to run
Sheldo: But dad!
He called out again. He couldn't believe he will lose his dad too."no worries son" he said.
Garno : My desth would be a stepping stone that would create a path to thier demise. Ni matter if I live or not I'll be with you as your dreams, as your feelings, as your dearest father.
His words saddened sheldo. He couldn't go, his dad is the only one he has left
"Dad NO I CANT. I can't dad everyone is dead let's leave and live happily dad"
Sheldo spoke to Garno in a saddened tone.
Garno: even if i try to leave this devil won't let me. I need to avenge everyone who is dead while protecting you and also everyone who loved you is not dead. You still have her
Garno spoke to sheldo in an attempt to make him realise that there is no other option.
Garno : From now on you will live for her, you will fight for her, you would do everything for her and you WOULD PROTECT HER SHELDO SO LOOK FORWARD TO THE PATH I LAY, LOOK FORWARD AND AVENGE US EVRYONE WHO DIED AGAINST HIM WHILE PROTECTING EMMA MY DEAREST SON!!!
Those words gave courage to sheldo. He hugged his dad tightly and cried open. his cries became louder and louder. Garno tapped sheldo's back with his finger like a rhythm. "It's ok son, it's ok" Garno calms down sheldo in a calmful voice.
Sheldo spoke his tears and left Garno's side and picked up Emma. He looked behind and saw Garno smiling at him. His emotions again was starting to overflow before he wipes his eyes with one hand and ran off while suppressing his emotions.
Garno stood up and turned to face Kendo.
Kendo : I thought I would fall asleep by all that excessive drama.
Kendo says as he stretched his hands. Garno noticed something and immediately graded into kendo's eyes.
Garno: so you can heal.
Kendo smirked as he took out his katana
Kendo : yeah and I can also cut
Boom
They engage in combat. Explosions was heard all across the place.
Even Grill hears it.
Grill : wow so kendo really needed to unsheathe his katana.
Grill says as he crushed the squad 1 leaders decapitated head with his palm
The wind blows faster posing a problem to sheldo who is ready eyes from the bodies he saw
They saw an abandoned carriage and took the rest of the journey using the carriage. The carriage driver was an alle man who was left unconscious due to seeing the people who was previously in this carriage getting killed brutally by the dark order.
Carriage driver : IS ANYONE SAFE
the carriage driver asks in concern but no one even opened thier mouth. The silence prevailed until sheldo himself broke it
"I'll kill" sheldo says out. "I'll kill them all and avenge the world. Those demons di not deserve to live on this planet I'll end them, all of them"
Emma widens her eyes in suprise by those pain held words. "Those with words that weigh will be the ones to make them pay"
The old man spoke to them in a serious expression. The determination and rage of sheldo burned more than the fire that was spreading across the forest. His eyes and soul blazed with rage as sheldo looks at Emma in the eye
Sheldo holds out his hand and shows his pinky. Emma repeated the gesture and and connected thier pinky's
Sheldo : together.....
Emma breathing heavily opened her mouth to complete thier promise
Emma : always
The night sky blessed with stars caused a cold wind to ease thier pain slightly as their journey kept going
