What a sunny day, I think, shielding my eyes with a hand to see the gathering crowd. A steady clamour starts to build up from the sidelines of the green Lacrosse field. Bullies and those they bully are congregating without intermixing; roaring their support for Perry or me.
'Are you fine?' Alicia asks, dressed in sports gear.
'This shorts are tighter than I remember,' I complain. To demonstrate, I pull down the edge of the shorts which bunch upwards with my every hip movement. 'I can hear the lewd thoughts from half the field away.'
Alicia glances in the direction of the spectators. 'Talk about curious eyes,' she says and spits on the grass.
