Leyton stared expressionlessly at the Desire Apostle characteristic in Amon's hand, then reached into his right pocket and pulled out the wheel of fortune card, confirming it hadn't been swapped by Amon. Only then did he exhale in relief.

"The wheel of fortune card from the Card of Blasphemy? No wonder you could find this dice."

"Don't worry, I don't need such a thing. It's useless to me. I understand all twenty-two God Pathways, and as for its Convergence ability, it's even more useless to me. As long as I wish, I can find that dull great serpent at any time."

Amon chuckled, his eyes full of disdain as he looked at the Wheel of Fortune.

Leyton didn't refute Amon's words; at the other party's level, the Card of Blasphemy was indeed no longer useful. Unless it was the Card of Blasphemy corresponding to The Fool and the Door, it might still have some negligible effect on him.

Leyton looked at Amon with slight curiosity and asked, "Do you know where the Error Card is?"

"I do. If you become my Blessed, I will tell you, and I can also help you steal the Clairvoyant characteristic from your body, making you a Mentor of Deceit."

Amon's voice was full of seductive temptation as he spoke.

The deep blue, almost violet, light in Leyton's eyes flickered slightly, as if he was finding it hard to resist the temptation.

After a moment, he managed to block the influence of the Desire Apostle characteristic on his emotions. He opened his mouth.

Rumble! Rumble!

Rolling thunder suddenly roared, followed by streaks of silver-white light falling from high above, heading straight for Leyton and Amon's location.

The next moment, these silver-white electric lights vanished without a trace, as if they had never appeared.

Leyton's gaze fell on the milky-white dice on the ground; its pips had changed to one at some point.

He looked at Amon and said in an even tone, "This dice is backstabbing you."

Amon glanced at the Die of Probability on the ground and said calmly, "The Church of the Lord of Storms came tracking your aura. No wonder you had no reaction at all to me holding this Desire Apostle characteristic."

As he spoke, the Die of Probability on the ground struggled and began to spin again.

Six pips up!

It seemed to be trying its best to curry favor with Amon.

This guy has even less backbone than Arrodes!

Muttering to himself, Leyton turned his head to Amon and said, "The Church of the Lord of Storms's angel will soon arrive with a Sealed Artifact. Most of their attention is on me. Are you really not considering the suggestion of stealing the Cathedral of Waves?"

Amon scrutinized Leyton with interest, pinching the crystal monocle on his right eye, a slight smile playing on his lips as he said, "As you said, I am merely a demigod-level clone. Are you sure you want me to steal the Cathedral of Waves, and not send me into the depths of the Cathedral of Waves?"

"Or, can you give me a reason I cannot refuse?"

Leyton continuously rotated the wheel of fortune card in his right hand. Specks of starlight fell from the card, as if a seal had been lifted, revealing the wheel of fortune card's original appearance.

His gaze fell on the Die of Probability on the ground. Seeing that the dice had no reaction to the wheel of fortune card in his hand, he took two steps closer, holding the Wheel of Fortune upright before his eyes, as if looking through it at something, and leisurely said, "You say, if I were to chant the honorific name pointing to the Key of Light here, could I establish a connection with it? By then, you might truly come alive, in another identity."

The Die of Probability lying quietly on the ground wobbled and began to spin, continuously spinning, seemingly unsure which pips should face up.

Leyton silently watched the dice spin further and further away from him, a smile tugging at his lips. He softly chanted in ancient hermes:

"Endless Disorder, Incarnation of Fate…"

He had barely chanted two lines when the Die of Probability neatly rolled to his feet, bumped into his shoe, and wobbled backward to a stop, revealing four pips. Just as it was about to stop, the dice found some unknown strength and rolled once more, finally landing with six pips up!

Starlight permeated Leyton's hand, instantly contracting to cover the wheel of fortune card, concealing its special nature.

He smiled, bent down to pick up the dice from the ground, and turned to Amon, saying, "With this Die of Probability fixed at six pips, I can't think of any reason for failure."

"Don't you think it would be very interesting to make the Lord of Storms furious to the point of stomping his feet, yet helpless against you?"

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Responding to his words was not Amon, but thick bolts of lightning striking down from high in the sky.

These lightning bolts carried an almost tangible destructive aura, scattering like rain, yet precisely avoiding Leyton's position.

"You have successfully persuaded me, although I had already done such a thing."

"Not just that Folk of Rage, but also that dazzling and noisy Sun, who was also angered by me into pulling his carriage around this planet for more than a dozen laps."

Amon's figure suddenly appeared before Leyton, recounting his glorious deeds as if showing off.

In a forest outlined by silver-white electric light, Amon, with a playful smile, glanced at the cloud-shrouded sky, then withdrew his gaze and placed a hand on Leyton's shoulder.

The next moment, their figures abruptly vanished from their original spot.

In the square outside the Cathedral of Waves, Amon and Leyton's figures suddenly appeared, as if they had instantly teleported directly from a distant place.

The surrounding pedestrians, whether ordinary people or Beyonder, noticed no abnormality whatsoever, as if they hadn't noticed the two figures that had suddenly appeared.

Leyton's gaze swept around. He was certain that his figure had entered the eyes of the people around him, but they would always subconsciously ignore him. Was this directly stealing presence?

Enmat Street isn't close to here. Amon was able to so easily steal and adjust our position to here. Does he have a clone here too?

As thoughts spun in his mind, he had already followed Amon's footsteps to the entrance of the Cathedral of Waves.

Bayam had been somewhat desolate recently, yet the number of believers coming to the Cathedral of Waves to pray had increased rather than decreased. Believers and clergy passed by Leyton, and without exception, they all ignored Leyton, who was standing at the church entrance.

Amon's lips curled slightly, his gaze scrutinizing the Cathedral of Waves before him as if it were his possession.

The roofs of the church buildings were all spires, like a deep blue arrow pointing straight to the sky, appearing even more majestic and sacred under the oppression of the dark clouds.

Amon looked deeply into the Cathedral of Waves, and his voice, tinged with a hint of playfulness, said, "Actually, I'm more interested in stealing the church of that betraying dragon. That cunning old dragon has never truly been angered by me."

Leyton toyed with the milky-white Die of Probability in his left hand, responding calmly, "People of the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom are known for their rationality. Stealing the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom is not as interesting as teasing this group of Folk of Rage."

"Indeed, developing you into my Blessed is much more interesting than stealing his church."

Amon said with a light chuckle, following Leyton's words.

"..." Leyton was silent for a brief moment, then skipped the topic and said, "Do you need me to lure those people out of the church for you?"

Amon raised a hand and pressed the monocle on his right eye, saying with a tone full of anticipation, "No need, that would be even more interesting."

"It's a pity that angel of the Folk of Rage isn't here, otherwise the scene would definitely be even more amusing!"

If that angel were here, we would both be submerged in lightning by now… Leyton muttered to himself.

He casually tossed the Die of Probability in his left hand towards Amon, while simultaneously reaching his right hand into the void to pull out an illusory hat, which he placed on his head.

His figure instantly vanished, concealing all traces.

"...Mystical Reenactment? An interesting spell."

"If I were to steal all your spell abilities, it seems I would still need to put in a great deal of effort."
