I looked towards Raven but didn't go to him so as not to disturb him. Once he was free, I was going to squeeze him into a tight hug.
We finally entered the home, where Kael kept his work aside and looked at me while sitting on the sofa like the king he was. He didn't say a word but simply looked at me.
Well, once more, should I feel guilty in front of my fated mate for bonding to his other brother now? I guess, no need.
But I went to him on my own, and he pulled me into his lap by holding my hand. While Jason and Rafe settled onto the sofa as well, like this was just a usual part of our lives where one could be intimate with me, and others acted cool about it.
"Are you alright?" he asked, his cold voice clearly carrying the worry for me.
I offered a light nod. "I am. Where is Kaya?"
