"Was it that Minato Namikaze who attacked you, Lord Kazekage?" one of the Suna officials asked.
It was clear that most people there had never heard of Tianyuan. Pakura was one of the few who did; she had nearly died under his assault earlier. There was no doubt in her mind that Tianyuan possessed Jonin-level strength. Of course, even Pakura didn't realize that Tianyuan actually possessed Kage-level power.
The others speculated along the same lines. They assumed Minato possessed such strength, though the thought of it was terrifying. That Minato had fought their Kazekage so briefly and defeated him so decisively...

"I see. It seems he didn't truly try to kill you all," Rasa nodded. "Now then, everyone, mobilize the full strength of Sunagakure. Our target is Konoha."
