Nobody moved.
The bell tone had faded, but nobody in the room was ready to act as though it had not happened. Robert looked at each person in turn. The two caravan guards had both turned towards the floor, instinctively searching for the source of a sound that had clearly come from below. Ronan had his hand near his weapon, not gripping it, just close.
Sai was standing completely still, his eyes moving through the room rather than fixing any single point. Eissa was watching Robert.
None of them looked like they had felt cultivation pressure. No one was bracing against an energy signature or reacting to a threat they could sense directly. They had heard a sound. That was all.
Robert directed the question inward.
"System, was the bell caused by us?"
