Chapter 58 - – The Ruin, the Judgment, and the Reversum

📍 Battlefield — Skies Above Hero City

The sky… tore open.

Not like a storm.

But like reality itself had been sliced apart.

A burst of stellar light exploded across the heavens, illuminating the entire city below. Clouds were shredded. The air vibrated. Space itself warped under the pressure.

And there—

Suspended above everything—

Stood two beings far beyond ordinary existence.

On one side—

Kelvin Nox.

Leader of the Thousand Lights Guild.

His violet eyes burned like living constellations. There was no hesitation in them.

No doubt.

Only… resolve.

On the other—

Ezeron.

Supreme Herald of Kairon.

Devourer of stars.

Executor of supernovas.

His body radiated unstable cosmic energy. Miniature suns orbited his arms—compressed spheres of annihilation, each capable of erasing entire cities.

He tilted his head slightly.

Studying Kelvin.

— "You… are strong."

His voice echoed like collapsing stars.

— "Let's see if you can survive…"

The suns began spinning faster.

— "…a stellar collapse."

He hurled one.

It tore through the sky like a meteor.

The air melted around it.

Space bent.

And then—

BOOOOOOM!!!

The explosion shook the entire city.

Windows shattered.

Buildings trembled.

The ground cracked.

But—

At the center of the devastation—

Kelvin stood untouched.

Still.

Silent.

He smiled.

Not with arrogance.

But certainty.

— "I am Ruin, Ezeron."

A pause.

The wind died.

— "The one who does not fear darkness…"

His eyes intensified.

— "…because I embraced it."

And then—

He vanished.

🕶️ Transformation — Shadow Instinct

Darkness spread.

Not the absence of light—

Something deeper.

Older.

Kelvin was no longer there.

Or rather—

He was everywhere.

Shadows moved without source.

Space fractured around Ezeron.

Time slowed.

Kelvin walked—

But not like a man bound to reality.

Each step ignored physics itself.

As if he no longer belonged to existence.

Ezeron stepped back.

For the first time—

Hesitation.

— "What… are you…?"

His voice faltered.

— "You're not even inside reality anymore?!"

A presence formed behind him.

Kelvin.

Blade in hand.

The blade didn't reflect light.

It consumed it.

— "Yami no Shinpan: Shūen."

The sky vanished.

A dome of absolute darkness sealed the battlefield.

Sunlight disappeared.

Sound ceased.

Silence became total.

And then—

The spears came.

Not just from the ground.

Not just from the sky.

But from everywhere.

From space.

From nothingness.

Even from memory itself.

Ezeron screamed.

— "What are these things?!"

The spears ignored physical defenses.

Piercing through existence itself.

Kelvin answered—

Cold.

Unfeeling.

— "Soul Spears."

A pause.

— "They don't pierce flesh…"

His gaze sharpened.

— "…they destroy the spirit."

Ezeron fought back.

Forming stellar shields.

Bending gravity.

Twisting cosmic force.

But nothing worked.

The spears continued.

Unstoppable.

Inevitable.

Until—

Kelvin raised his blade one final time.

— "Dark Ruin: Final Judgment."

A colossal slash appeared in the sky.

Cross-shaped.

Made of void energy.

Its edges glowing violet.

Descending slowly—

Like a sentence already decided.

The entire city watched.

In silence.

Ezeron gathered everything.

All his power.

He roared.

Resisted.

But—

It wasn't enough.

The strike fell.

Ezeron was consumed.

His body dissolved—

Not into fire—

But into ethereal ash.

As if he had never existed.

Silence followed.

📍 Forest — Outskirts of Hero City

— "AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"

The scream tore through the forest.

Ryan writhed on the ground.

A black aura with galaxy-blue edges pulsed violently from his body—

Like a universe trapped inside him—

Begging to be released.

Ethan clenched his fists.

— "Damn it… the Reversum is out of control!"

Space cracked open.

Rifts formed.

From them—

Portals.

Creatures emerged.

Monsters twisted beyond logic.

Unstable.

Wrong.

Kane stepped forward, breathing heavily.

Still injured.

But focused.

— "Great… monsters now?"

He cracked his neck.

— "And Zen and Dante are down…"

Ethan snapped into command.

— "Abby! Ryu! South sector!"

— "Annie! Take Eliara north—NOW!"

Annie hesitated.

— "What about her?"

Eliara stepped forward.

Determined.

— "I'm coming."

Her eyes were different.

Stronger.

— "I'm done hiding."

Ethan blinked.

— "Wait… you can fight?!"

Eliara nodded.

— "I absorbed part of Kai's power."

A pause.

— "Enough to help."

She stepped closer.

Then smiled.

Soft.

Unexpected.

— "After this…"

She tilted her head.

— "Can I ask you something?"

Ethan froze.

— "W-what…?"

She answered instantly.

— "A date."

Silence.

— "A real one."

Ethan turned away, flustered.

— "Just go already!"

Annie smirked.

— "Take care of Ryan."

Ethan nodded.

Looking at him.

— "Hang on…"

🌌 The Awakening of the Reverse

Ryan screamed again.

His aura exploded.

Not like energy—

Like a living cosmic storm.

The ground shattered.

Trees collapsed.

The sky darkened.

Reality trembled.

Something forbidden—

Was being born.

🌍 All Eyes Turn

In the sky—

The Heralds stopped.

Ezeron was gone.

But now—

Something else demanded attention.

Inavy clenched his fists.

— "Reversum…"

Kai Hayashi hovered.

Beside Arcanis.

A smirk formed.

Curious.

— "So this is the boy…"

His eyes analyzed Ryan deeply.

— "No aura… yet this power?"

A quiet laugh.

— "Fascinating."

Inavy stepped forward.

Furious.

— "You're not touching him."

Kai smiled.

— "That can be arranged."

But before anything—

Arcanis moved.

— "The boy… is mine."

He lunged—

But—

BOOM!

A flash of light.

Arcanis was blasted back—thirty meters.

Lorien appeared.

Landing with force.

— "Wrong target."

📍 Back to the Forest

Ethan ran toward Ryan.

Ignoring everything.

— "Hey! It's me!"

— "Ethan!"

— "Your brother!"

But Ryan…

Didn't respond.

He began to rise.

Slowly.

Floating.

His aura condensed.

Denser.

Deeper.

His eyes—

No pupils.

Only energy.

His smile—

Empty.

Gone of humanity.

His voice echoed.

Distorted.

— "Me…?"

A pause.

Like something awakening.

— "I am…"

The air trembled.

— "…the Reversum."
