Hii my dear readers, this is an auxiliary chapter. Not sure how many of you are going to read this but it's worth giving it a shot since this contains some things some of you may want cleared up for a better understanding of this whole story.
Just saying, this chapter may be a bit of a spoiler if you haven't read the novel at least, so please skip this if chapter is so desired.
So let's get into stuff like the spiritual realm, dimensions, the world, God, angels, demons, the main character, Kurai Tsukikage, as well as the secondary characters we see in the novel now and then.

The novel takes place with our exact timeline, yep it's being taken place as we speak since some experience I encountered(shocking) are in this book but changed to make it flow like a novel would.
In the novel, God would be referred to as a few names that I know by heart like Yahweh, The Most High, LORD, Jireh, and Jehovah. According to Google, God has twenty-four names but knowing God, I'm pretty sure there are way more names for him that are not mentioned since nowadays people don't tend to speak about the Ethiopian Bible...yeah that's why I rather stick to the names I'm accustomed to so I won't confuse myself nor you.
I use different terms to describe the other spiritual beings, but it's going to be pretty obvious what the terms mean, so not much to think about with it.
The world has both a physical realm like Earth where we're surrounded by people(scary) and the spiritual realm where demons, angels and God are located but they all move about Earth too. Demons roam around Earth to cause mischief towards humanity, and angels are sent by God to protect persons who call upon his name, and God rules over the heavens and the earth.
Humans who talk to God develop the holy spirit, which guides them so they can decipher between right and wrong and have the spiritual authority to cast out demons and rebuke in Jesus' name.
Even when demons are rebuked or cast out, they aren't sent to hell because God is merciful and wants to see if they, along with the people who mock him, would turn back to him or remain in their sinful ways.
No one has seen God, so don't expect to see my design later on for him. God is present everywhere because he is omniscient, watching over us all. Even though God did come in the form of Jesus Christ this doesn't mean to get an image of him and worship it or it'd become an idol.
Both angels and demons have ranks and play their roles very well.
Many of us are quick to know about Michael the Archangel and Gabriel and the rest, but we forget that there are angels like the cherubim, an angel with multiple wings and animal and human features, they have four faces(human, lion, ox, and eagle.)
Other angel ranks include: seraphim, cherubim, thrones, dominions, virtues, powers, principalities, archangels, and angels.
Some words you could get used to seeing are redemption, salvation, righteous, Christ, appearance, baptism, church, doubt, enemies, faith, and so on.
The term Legion means many demons that are acting together(please see Mark 5:9 if you want to read up on this.)
Demon ranks: kings, dukes, marquises and presidents.
Remember, since they are all spiritual, they are fourth-dimensional beings; therefore, we can't physically touch them and stuff.
This is why people in the novel who taunt demons in their faces without being fully protected are deemed foolish and vulnerable.
Yeah so the protagonist is a chaotic person, and though she seems like a regular person, you may not see how anything would make her interesting.
Well, later on in the novel, her spiritual form would be revealed and the conflicts it has to maintain throughout her years.
This may make things a bit complex later on, but since her soul isn't baptized in that moment, whenever she is mad, her spiritual form would go miles and hunt down whoever brought her pain and attack them violently.
Kurai is a very aggressive and emotional person when she's ready, but her spiritual form doesn't attack those she loves.
The monsters mentioned in chapter one are demons that constantly torment her and since she feels like no one would listen to her, all these things get to her, leading to her feeling overwhelmed by having to be surrounded by new people, having to get a job, and being pestered by creatures she doesn't know how to get rid of.
This is because society sees people who speak up about demons as demonic, deserved, and full-on taboo.
The dragon, who was once the serpent that tricked Eve into eating from the Garden of Eden, sends his servants to gather up enough souls to "overpower" God and convince him to hand his throne over to him.
Heaven can't ever be overthrown by the dragon and his servants. Some continue wreaking havoc since even humans believe that demons are condemned to hell; therefore, they can't ever be forgiven.
This teaching is actually false, but the dragon convinces his servants that long for God that he could never love them for all they have done. He is the master of deception, so this actually isn't much of a surprise.
Like I've said before, the novel takes place in modern times with some inspired by people I know and some purely fictional to progress this novel.
This novel fits under the spiritual warfare, a theme that many Christians don't speak up on so yes there would be things like pastors, churches, witches, and all sorts of stuff.
Because Kurai could relate to how some of the demons feel, she eventually becomes softer, but this leads to her having to be wise with her interpretation of them.
Some Christians have spiritual gifts like apostleship, prophecy, teaching, miracles, healing, helps, administration, evangelism, pastoring, wisdom, knowledge, faith, discernment, giving, leadership, mercy, tongues, interpretation of tongues and intercession.
Since Kurai has spiritual gifts like discernment which allows her to know between good and evil, tongues which is a language that emanates from her spirit that demons can't even understand which makes it such a powerful prayer gift and a rare spiritual gift like intercession, which is the ability to speak to God on behalf of someone else, she sometimes gets annoyed that she can't see angels and demons and hear from God like Teruna and her crush can.
