JESSIE
Watching him passionately kiss someone else has smashed my heart into a million pieces. It feels like I've been hit by a hammer or worse, an axe through the chest, and my heart is bleeding.
The way he kisses the other guy, the way he used to kiss me, stirs something in me. I feel sad, heartbroken, betrayed, my eyes sting, and a lump forms in my throat.
"Oh, no. Jessie." Raina says she stands next to me. I feel so embarrassed right now. I feel so weak in my knees. I want to explode.
This is the second time Jeremy's done this to me, and this is the last time I'll allow him to hurt me.
"Jeremy," I call his name, and he turns around away from the guy to face me. And he quickly steps away from him.
