I have found myself in another pickle, a dangerous situation I never asked to be in, again. I'm in a city surrounded by flames, lots and lots of flames and I just walk through the fire like I'm immune to it, but of course I am.
I can't say the same for the rest though. They've all been consumed by fire, their flesh smells rotten, their screams sound horrifying. I don't know why I'm here because I can't save them. I can't save them because there's no one to be saved. They're all dead.
So therefore I cannot shake the feeling that something supernatural did this, something dangerous, and I think I'm the reason why that thing did this, I'm the reason why everywhere and everything is destroyed.
Maybe that's why I've been dragged out of bed to this place, to see the people I didn't save. i get the gist. I let people down but why is it my responisblity to save them? I'm not some marvel superhero. I'm a writer, I've always dreamed of being a writer.
