Habu Port Town's prosperity had now surpassed even that of the Flower Capital in its heyday.
It had been chosen by the Beast God Pirates as their base in Wano Country.
Moreover, it was also the location of Queen Hiyori's palace.
Thus, construction here was in full swing every single day.
Wano Country boasted an abundance of skilled craftsmen—carpenters, blacksmiths, tailors, and artisans of all trades.
Working day and night, they transformed this large town into a bustling capital with streets adorned in flowers and buildings exquisitely carved.
Under normal circumstances, no one would dare cause trouble here.
The town's defenses included not only the Beast God Pirates' garrison of 2,000 Gifters but also a vast number of newly trained Wano Country Samurai—all heavily armed and ready for battle.
Yet today, this place welcomed a demon filled with murderous intent, one who had already reduced another town to ruins.
"What a disgusting architectural style, just like that ruined Flower Capital. The descendants of the Kozuki Oden family are content to be kept by their enemies, living in this illusory world of extravagance, forgetting all about the blood-soaked grudges of the past!"
Kid raised a massive metal arm, larger than the buildings themselves, and with a single punch, demolished over a dozen structures.
His cold eyes locked onto the figures rushing toward the explosion, armed with swords and spears.
"Gifters and samurai, huh? So this really is a Beast God Pirates stronghold. This time, I can slaughter to my heart's content."
A burly Gifter, upon seeing Kid, turned pale and shouted in alarm, "Everyone, beware! That's Eustass Kid—one of the Worst Generation's Supernovas with a bounty of three billion berries! Last time, he escaped from the combined assault of Caesar and the others!"
Despite supposedly being a Bear-Bear Fruit user, the hulking man had a bear's head protruding from his chest while the rest of his body remained human.
He was Anthony the Bear, the captain of the armed security force in Boro Town, later promoted.
His strength was on par with Holdem.
Standing four meters tall, Anthony appeared much larger than Kid.
Yet, compared to Kid's colossal metal arm—massive as a house—he seemed insignificant.
But fear didn't stop him.
He strode forward under the immense pressure Kid exuded, confronting him head-on.
"Eustass Kid! Why are you destroying our Beast God Pirates' stronghold? Do you realize you're provoking those great figures? Take my advice—this place is beyond your control. Leave now, or the consequences will be dire!"
"Shut your mouth!"
Kid couldn't be bothered wasting words on this worthless Gifter.
Today, he was here to kill.
His enormous metal arm, like a small mountain, came crashing down toward Anthony's head with terrifying force.
"Fire!"
Anthony rolled clumsily to the side, barely dodging the attack, then roared as he scrambled to his feet.
Instantly, fully armed warriors lining the wide street raised their guns and opened fire on Kid.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
At the same time, wheeled cannons were pushed out by samurai, swiftly loaded, and aimed at Kid.
"Just a bunch of ants—slightly bigger ones, that's all!"
Kid simply raised his massive metal arm as a shield, effortlessly blocking every attack.
As the barrage lessened, Kid's eyes flared with fury.
Hummm!
A ferocious, dark-red wave of Conqueror's Haki erupted, sweeping across half of Boro Town.
As one of the top Supernovas of the Worst Generation, second only to Luffy, Kid's strength was formidable.
His awakened Magnet-Magnet Fruit and mastery of all three Haki types made him a terrifying force.
Though he hadn't reached the level of Haki Infusion, his Conqueror's Haki alone matched the impact Luffy had once displayed on Fish-Man Island.
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Pirates of the Beast God Pirates and samurai of Wano Country collapsed one after another, foaming at the mouth, eyes rolling back.
"This is... Conqueror's Haki! Kid really is a monster! This place is in danger!"
Anthony's face twisted in dread, but he didn't flee.
Instead, he steeled himself, donning a pair of steel claws, determined to stop Kid.
A cruel grin spread across Kid's face as his colossal metal arm—composed of countless firearms, blades, and iron fragments—began to shift.
"Magnetic Repulsion!"
The house-sized metal arm detached from his right arm and shot like a cannonball toward the unconscious pirates littering the ground.
"No! Kid, stop!" Anthony bellowed, charging forward, claws slashing in a desperate attempt to intercept the arm.
But his strength was no match.
In an instant, he was sent flying, crashing into the ground, half his bones shattered.
"Let this disgusting place drown in a rain of blood! Hahahaha!"
Kid burst into laughter as his massive metal arm soared into the sky and exploded, transforming into hundreds of steel objects that rained down like a storm, piercing the earth with deadly precision!
Thwack! Thwack! Thwack!
The crisp sounds of flesh being penetrated echoed, mingled with the agonized screams of
pirates.Swords and firearms impaled the unconscious Gifters and samurai lying on the streets, pinning them to the ground.
Some were struck through the head, dying instantly.
Most, however, were pierced through the body, jolted awake from unconsciousness by the searing pain, their anguished wails filling the air.
While Luffy had once knocked out fish-men with a single burst of Conqueror's Haki on Fish-Man Island, Kid was now doing the same to these lowly foot soldiers—though compared to the "Future Pirate King" Luffy, it still felt somewhat lacking.
But aside from the rabble guarding Boro Town, every civilian within the range of Kid's Haki collapsed, foaming at the mouth.
Some ordinary folk with weaker constitutions were outright killed by the shockwave.
"Listen to that—what a beautiful symphony, hahahaha! Don't you agree, Trafalgar?"
Kid wore a cruel grin as he turned his gaze toward a nearby rooftop.
There, standing silently, was a tall, slender figure—Law, clad in his signature hat and gripping a long sword.
Law didn't even glance at the writhing pirates below.
His eyes were fixed on the sea, where two figures were sprinting toward them at full speed.
When Kid realized Law was ignoring him, he scoffed and strode forward, crushing a Gifter's windpipe underfoot before savagely grabbing a samurai by the ankle and yanking him up.
The samurai had been impaled through the chest by a long-barreled flintlock, pinning him to the ground.
Now, as Kid dragged him up, the wound tore open wider, blood gushing freely as tender flesh split and bones snapped with sickening cracks.
With a deranged gleam in his eyes, Kid tightened his grip, pulling harder until—
Rip!
The samurai was torn in half, entrails spilling onto the ground in a grotesque, stinking mess.
"I'm turning this place into hell! I'll slaughter every last person in Wano Country!"
Kid raised both arms—his right still flesh, his left now steel—and clenched his fists in midair.
Instantly, the moans and cries of the fallen pirates and samurai ceased.
Then came a rapid series of bone-crunching snaps and the wet squelch of blood spraying.
One after another, the broken bodies curled in on themselves, compressed, squeezed, and wrung dry—until all that remained were dense, blood-soaked spheres of flesh.
