START OF TEAM H.U.N.T.E.R'S DOMINANCE Location the RWBYverse, Remnant-Vale, Near Beacon Academy: Stadium
A couple days later. The Vytal Tournament officially began. In a special area, that changes environments for upcoming fights. Laharl along with Ranma and Sona's peerages were sitting on the bleachers. Overlooking the slightly oriental style forest area. Originally team RWBY, in a half fire and ice arena, faced a unimportant background team. But with the massive number of the new team H.U.N.T.E.R. the rules were slightly changed. Upon Ruby Rose being eliminated they'd lose regardless. And it was funny for Laharl and Ranma, as their first opponents are Team SSSN, aka Sun Wukong's team. Sun was standing beside his bright blue haired, goggle wearing friend, Neptune. As well as the other teammates. One is Scarlet David, the bossy red head, that he style coming down over his right eye, with a complete undercut. There are several red markings around his left eye. He wears a green, mulberry, navy color feather earring on his left ear and has a red military pelisse-like jacket draped over the left side. He also wears a gray bandanna around his neck. On his right hand, he wears a fingerless glove, and on his right bicep, he has a gray band. He wears a white sleeveless shirt and light gray pants. He also wears a pair of long, brown, laced boots. Around his waist, he wears a brown belt and a slightly slanted gray belt that his weapon holster is attached to. Armed with a pistol and cutlass, which are called Hook and Darling, respectfully. Lastly there's Sage Ayana. He is dark skinned and gold eyed guy. His hair is sage green, and he appears to have tattoos of wings on his chest and tattoos of Roman numerals, matching those on his sword, around his neck. He wears a white long coat with asymmetrical sleeves, a green wing design similar to his tattoos and no shirt underneath, displaying his tattooed chest. His jacket also has a golden pauldron on his right shoulder and a golden cuff around his left wrist. He also wears a pair of black pants fastened by a white belt with a yellow buckle. As for his weapon of choice, is called Pilgrim a huge greatsword. Those four stood against the whole ace first-years huntsmen, Ruby Rose, Yang, Ren, Pyrrah, Nora, Weiss, and Blake.
MATCH STARTS!!! As the announcer were explaining the small changes of the tournament rules. In order to compensate for the seven men team of H.U.N.T.E.R. Plus Sun was bugging and simping for Blake, bad talking about Ranma, pissing off the cat faunus-devil, and Yang who is sometimes compared to a fire devil. Meanwhile Scarlet, Neptune, and Sage, all shuke their heads in disappointment. Their leader make all bros, embarrassed. And they weren't the only ones that felt that way, many of the spectators on the bleachers. Shuke their heads, at the sight and display done by Sun. Laharl, Kiba, and Ranma were among the most judgmental of the guys. Kiba asked Ranma if it was okay, to leave a monkey around Blake. Ranma, assured one of his closest friends that not only was it fine, he was more worried of the beating that was about to happen. That's when Kiba, he looked at the angry looks at Blake and Yang. Shuke his head, now understanding what Ranma meant. Yep, Sun is going to get his ass kicked!! At that moment the giant monitor, right above the center of the area, showed the aura bars of all members of each team. And the match has officially started. Blake and Yang were the first to move in. With their eagerness and speed, that those girls rushed at Sun. Which even Rubes was surprise, and had to exclaim a big, "woooaaaahhhhh" before Sun could guard with shifting shotgun pole, Yang slide below and hit with a well aimed, strong thrust kick. Connecting at chin of the blond-monkey faunus, sending into the air and a chunk of his aura deplete by that one hit. As her girlfriend, and fellow sister-lover of Ranma. Blake, she rushed in for the follow-up. With a move that Kyoko, taught her. Pinning her legs, around Sun's neck, performing a spin. Like twister of multiple colors, and slamming Sun very hard into the stone arena.
Utterly shattering Sun's aura, in two attacks. But neither Yang or Blake were done, together they punt kicked Sun out the arena. The monkey faunus, soaring out the arena, and smashing onto the protective barrier around arena floor. He was utterly unconscious. And the announcer in a machine like voice, that team H.U.N.T.E.R will be penalized, for the excessive damage. They must surrender some of their members, as a penalty. Immediately Blake and Yang offered since, with them plus their fellow peerage members Ren and Nora. It was one word...overkill. Accepting their surrender, both Yang and Blake leaped out the arena site, and climbed through the stairs bleachers. Reaching the row that their man, and other sister-lovers were seated, and join them. As the match was continuing. Weiss, Ren, Pyrrah, Ruby Rose, Nora, and Pyrrah verses Sage, Neptune, and Scarlet. Scarlet rushed in with Sage beside him, as Ren attacked pulling out his Stormflower, and firing a barrage of magical bullets. Looking like green little growling laser, chipping away at the last members of Team SSSN. As Rubes blink forward in red roses. She slashed Sage, lifting into the air, as she smashed her scythe pole onto the ground. And pulling the trigger, blasting Sage on the chest with a fire dust round. Weiss, made glyphs to increase her speed and delivering a barrage stabs. At the still airborne Sage. They assault finally shattering Sage, as Weiss relented her assault, and let Sage drop to the ground defeated.
One more down of Team SSSN. Meanwhile Pyrrah was taking on Nepture on herself. Turning her weapons into a rifle, firing at Neptune who was barely blocking the shots, by spinning his shock-triton, but as Pyrrah planned, making it look like she was reloading, Neptune charged in.
Shifting his triton, into a blaster. Only for the Gladiator Girl, to use her strengthened Polarity Semblance, to disarm Neptune. As all he could say, while looking at his empty hand, "Ohhh shi..." Pyrrah shot him on the face. Followed by using a move that Ranma and Laharl taught her. Throwing her shield, and using Polarity to make the shield bounce and ricochet back to hit her target multiple times. While also keeping Scarlet from helping. As she'd rush in with her gladius. Using a combo of flying shield strikes, and slashes, she shattered Neptune aura and won. Catching her shield, she smiled and bowed respectfully at the audience. As she thanked the man, who came up with this unique shield style of combat, Steve Rogers. Now all that was left is Scarlet, who was up against Nora...enough said. She didn't hold back, smashing her grenade-launcher warhammer, charged with her new lightning magic. All it took were three strikes, to shatter his aura and win the match. It was the first of many upcoming victories. As the crowd went wild for Team H.U.N.T.E.R. it was clear this year Vytal Tournament is going to be a great one!!
PREPARING FOR THE UPCOMING MEETING Location Beacon Academy: Amphitheater
While the Vytal Tournament was ongoing, things were progressing in the Academy. Just off the background. Ozpin, Glynda, Winter, and Ironwood, along with their most trusted were preparing for the second round of negotiations. It was finally time, with Neo Anima, practically getting rid of the Grimm in their land and now beyond. They were eager to make peace and negotiations with the devils. The achievements of devils, have been astronomical. Expanding crops, and resources. Eliminating all threats, from Grimm to even bandits, as Qrow reported that that Branwen Tribe was utterly destroyed by the devils. He also stated that he hasn't find any trace of his sister. Or the Spring Maiden, at that. Speaking of Maiden. Amber she was now fully revitalized and begrudgingly, she was convinced by Glynda to stay in Beacon. As Glynda, she suspects that maybe their responsible for her restoration. Cause of this, and wanting to learn of the ancient and new magics, that the devils created. She was eager to learn more of these kinds of magics. Plus she wanted to thank those responsible for saving her.
So even if she has to deal with the big brother act of Ozpin, restraining her for a bit. She'll deal with it. Until all her questions are answered...and whoever did "that" pays. So Amber was sitting down, watching all the "grown-ups" scrambling around to appease the guests of honor. Aside Ozpin and Glynda, the usual drunk Qrow was there. In fact that dusty old crow, was taking a swing of flask. Making Amber shake her head, in disappointment. Qrow, as much as he doesn't wants to admits it. He was worried. While he and his sister have their differences. Especially in their fight against "her", he still believes that she cares deep down. Heck her semblance, is all about going to those she deeply cares for. Qrow, was about to take another swig of his flask. But a cold look from Glynda, and he sighed putting the tap back on, and walk over to her and Oz. Oz nodded in acknowledgement and Glynda, she just sighed as she went back to the pappers on her clipboard. Ozpin, he took a sip of his hot coffee, even offered some to Qrow who refused in a laidback and nonchalanted manner. Making the immortal wizard nod. As he respectfully asked Qrow, for an update. Qrow scratched the back of his duck- butt shaped hair, and started telling the things that he's uncovered, in the course of nearly a year. The devils... Well were too good, in Qrow's opinion. They are better at being hunters, and protectors than Huntsmen. And that with him, including himself in the mix of vets, and pro-huntsmen. He only have good things to report about the devils. Their tech was soo good, they'd advanced it to counter magic. This shocked both Glynda and Ozpin, as they demanded him to explain. Sighing Qrow started talking.
After the whole thing, that he couldn't quite remember what happen. As Qrow memories were still, fuzzy from suddenly appearing back in the first meeting. But when he return on...observing...Neo Anima devils and faunus queendom. Apart from nearly being roasted by a giant red kaiju dinosaur. Whenever he crossed a certain distance, near the borders of Neo Anima, Menagerie, or Neohaven which is basically the capital of all devils in Remnant. He'd be forcibly, reverted back to human. Plus...after some accidents, involving some devil and faunus girls, he is forbidden entrance in their territories. This made Oz, look at him with expressionless look, and Glynda gave a scowl. While this was a trick, incase Qrow tried to return to Neo Anima. Making many girls, claim he did something drunk. Which given Qrow's reputation, seems plausible. Glynda, she tightened her ridding crop. And said in a cold tone, "Qrow." Qrow felt a cold chill, and a bad omen, as he responded in a nervous tone, "Yeah, Glyn?" Glynda passed her clipboard, to a surprised Ozpin, and she said in a clear commanding voice, "You have five seconds, I suggest you run now." Not needing to be told twice, Qrow sprinted out the Amphitheater, and just as she said. Once five seconds, were up. She chased after the drunk, making Winter smile and let out a "Ha!!" before she place her delicate hand over her mouth. Re-centering herself. Excusing herself to the General, and requesting permission to leave. As she wanted to speak a little with her younger sister, before her next match. Ironwood, nodded and allowed her to do, as she'd wants. Meanwhile Amber was laughing her ass off, at a sight that she hasn't seen in years. Glynda, punishing and re-educating Qrow. Ozpin, he sighed took another sip of his mug, and said to everyone gathered, "I'm getting more coffee. Would anyone like a cup?" Oobleck raised his hand, and thanked the headmaster. While Ironwood, also expressed his desire and gratitude for a cup of coffee. Nodding Ozpin, left the amphitheater, as he'd gave a small prayer to Qrow. Cause Glynda isn't known for her mercy, and restrained to...unbecoming things, like the one that Qrow most likely did...
