SPLATTERHOUSE Location the Horror Dungeon Area 1
The group of Ranma, Laharl, Issei, Kiba, and Ren. Were making their way, through the hallway of the Splatterhouse area. This dilapidated mansion, screamed being cursed and haunted. Soon they took some steps forwards through the hallway. Homini, started to crawl through the holes, cracks, and doors on the hallway. Immediately Ren stood forward, in his cool demeanor, aiming his StormFlower at the monsters. Channeling his demonic magic, through his weapons. Unleashing a barrage of green energy bullets. A wild spread, tearing apart the number of homini. Not letting any of the eyeless ghouls, that were rushing them, get close. The other devils, were impressed of Ren, assertiveness. After a couple few moments. All the homini were dead. Leaving behind red and blue exp-drops. Issei, was the first to place his arm over Ren, and pounce on him. Telling him, he was the man. Making Ren, feel a bit flustered. As they made their way forward, absorbing the exp-drops. Once again, the newest members leveled-up, as well did Ranma. The hallway, turned right. Leading to another door. Entering to a room, with a fireplace and some bookshelves. As more homini, came to attack them. Along with a new enemies, almost like demonic creatures. These are Ghasts are spiked, reptilian like creatures with a spiked club-like arm. Ghasts, roared aside of homini. Rushing over at the group of devils, Laharl quickly stabbed a ghast. Spinning the monster, and smashing down onto the floor. Killing the first of the enemies. Ranma, he rushed in. Throwing punches, kicks, and sweep at the homini, and a ghast. Even finishing off the enemies, with a near lightspeed of strikes, his Kachū Tenshin Amaguriken technique. Taking out the monsters, with a pure beatdown of punches. Then Issei, he took on a ghast alone. Roaring at the Red Emperor. Swinging down it spiked club arm, at Issei who easy spun to his right. Delivering a brutal right cross, using the spins momentum to increase the force behind his punch. Plus his augmented strength, it was a one-hit kill. Bursting the skull on one blow, maybe the Terror Mask would applaud, Issei's work, if he was there. Ren, was using smooth, graceful movement to dodge the claws of the homini. Almost like he was performing a dance, even dodge and evade he'd made. He swung his SMGs, slashing with their, sickle like blades. Striking at the vital points of his opponents, taking them with ease. Kiba beheaded a homini, then dodging a ghast that tried to smash him, and countered it. Using a powerful thrust, stabbing the ghast in the chest, where the heart it. Swiftly slaying the enemy. More ghasts, and homini busted into the room. The five devils, only smirked and fought back. Taking on the enemies, directly. Laharl, stretched out his scarf. Wrapping it around a ghast, and used the demon...thing, as a weapon. Smashing it around the room, and onto the other enemies. Issei and Ranma, side to side rush forward. Unleashing their punches, and kicks. Crushing those enemies, standing against them. Ren, then joined them. Jumping and evading around the two fighters. Firing his weapons, along with swiping his sickles, around them.
Then Kiba, standing beside of Laharl. The two swordsmen, started cutting down all the homini and ghasts. After a half a hour. They took out all the enemies, along with tearing the room apart. Blood, along several body parts of monsters, were scattered all over the room. With a huge amount of red exp, and a bit less blue exp, as well. Seems that the primary, exp-drop is red. Made sense to Laharl, Splatterhouse is a hack-n-slash after all. Everything about those type of games, is being stronger and faster than the enemies. So they absorbed the exp-drops, being a huge gain for Ranma and the others. While it was just a slight, boost for Laharl. Who was in extremely high level, than the others. With that they went to another room. Which follow the same path, like the original game. A lot of hallways, rooms filled with notes, experimental equipment. Truly a horror show...ohh less no forgot. Ranma, Laharl, Issei, Ren, and Kiba had to take out, countless monsters through the West Mansion. Eventually they'd stumbled through, some weak floorboards, and ended in the dungeons, underneath the mansion. Having to avoid, death traps, from rising ground spears, swinging spike-balls, and smashing spikes. Which they avoided, by crushing through many of the traps. Coming across more homini, that Kiba and Ren killed with ease. Finding some stairs, reaching round, multi cell chamber. Behind the cells, there are Forgotten. Which are muscular, large zombies. Who basically still having, a humanoid look. Wearing cargo pants or whatever clothing they once had. As the cells rise up, allowing the new enemies loose. Laharl and Ranma struck immediately. Laharl charging a Dark Reaver, while Ranma charge up his ki, and his emotional pride of ki. Firing a yellow ki-ball of his Mōko Takabisha technique. Blowing up, a entire cell with a couple of forgotten.
Ren, Issei, and Kiba rushed into another cell. Slashing, shooting, and smashing the two brutes of the next room. Laharl and Ranma, turned to the next cell. As three of the buff zombies, charged at them. Laharl, looked at Ranma and asked if "he'd wanted them?". Ranma laughed, cracked his knuckles, and thanked Laharl. Stepping forward to face the monsters. One forgotten, growled and swung a punch at Ranma. Which he'd easily ducked under, and deliver a brutal Shoryuken, busting the head of the zombie. One down, two more to go. Seeing the dead kin, the two remaining forgotten rushed Ranma. Who struck first, leaping forward deliver a powerful spinning kick of his Tatsumaki Senpu-kyaku, knocking away. Once back onto the ground, Ranma attacked the closest forgotten. Stomping forward, and throwing a brutal, high-blade kick, his Joudan Sokutou Geri. Caving in the forgotten's chest, killing it. Leaving one left for channeling his cat-ki, he decided to finish his final opponent. With a technique, he calls Phantom Cat Claw. Unleashing a pinkish-magenta claw swipe, some distance away from himself. As the four claw marks, slice apart the last forgotten. And with that, they'd took out all the enemies. Blood and chucks remained, along with red and purple exp-drops. This made Ren, Ranma, Issei, and Kiba toughness leaped in level. Issei, he was soo excited. Never had he thought, on his own would he get this strong, so quickly. He thanked Laharl-senpai for the help. Laharl didn't say anything, just lifting his left hand. Which Issei slapped. As they'd left Issei did have to comment, "But does this place, have to be soo...gorery?" this made everyone laugh as they went on ahead. Fighting more, and more monsters, making Ranma and the lower-level guys, leap in level by bounds.
THE DOLL THAT BLED Location the Horror Dungeon Area 1, Boss Area: Grand Hall
Fighting throughout the monster of the West Mansion. The group once again in the basement, they found a route that lead back up. The guys, finally back on the upper level of the mansion. They'd arrived in a room, with a doll sitting on a chair. Laharl, sighed and said, "Of course it's the damned Doll..." the rest of the guys looked at him, confused. Pointing his sword at the doll. He said, "Gentlemen, meet the West Mansion, or Splatterhouse first Boss, the Doll Golem." Issei looked at Laharl, as he was tripping. Walking forward...which surprised Laharl. And before he could stop Issei, he was already next to the creepy doll. Issei checked it over, and said, "Are you sure senpai, this is just some creepy dool." then the doll moved its head, and said "Momma", freaking out Issei, Ren, Kiba, and Ranma. As Laharl said, "No. No its not, get ready!!" the broken, porcelain doll floated off its seat. Using somekind of power, the Doll started to tear apart the room. Gathering all the rubble, junk, and more onto itself. Making a giant body, around the doll itself. A giant shambling creature constructed from broken furniture, gas tanks, a clock tower, and organic matter. Roaring as Ren said in a cool tone, "Ohh now I get it Doll Golem...so... Who's going in first?" The Boss attacked by using it power, to make a cyclone around itself. And pulling various furniture, and debris onto the cyclone. Laharl warned everyone. As the furniture, and junk got tossed at them.
They'd scattered, avoiding being crushed, until the Boss has nothing more to throw. Now it made its way toward them. Swinging its clock tower arm, at the devils. Ren jumped on the arm, while the others evaded. Running up the Boss' arm, he starts firing his SMGs, hitting the Boss. Leaping from arm to arm, shoulder to shoulder, as Ren continued firing. This gave Issei an opening. Stacking up to nine boosts, without drawback, much to the shock of himself. Those level-ups, have drastically improved his physical constitution. Once charged up, and ready. Bursting with red draconian aura, he rushed forward to the Doll Golem. Avoiding getting stomped, during his run. Getting behind the Boss, leaping forward a delivering a nine-boosted punch, right at the right leg of Boss. Sickening crush, followed by the Boss brought down to it knee. Allowing everyone to attack. Ranma, leaped over the back of the Boss, slamming a powerful punch at the top of Boss' "head". Smashing it, straight into the ground. Which made Laharl remember something of this Boss fight...cracking noises began, and ruptures started spreading on the floor. Now Laharl remembered...this grand hall area, breakdown onto other levels. Like now... Ren, sensing the danger, leaped off of the Boss. As they along with the Boss, fell right through the tilting floor, onto another hall. Laharl took the opportunity to attack, sprouting his wings covered by his scarf. Flying over at the Doll Boss, starting to deliver multiple, heavy slashes. Kiba, who was sliding at first like everyone else, down the tilted floor. Saw what Laharl is doing, and copied him. Sprouting his own wing, and standing beside him, slashing away at the Boss with Laharl. Letting Ren, Issei, and Ranma get to the ground floor, without problems... Well maybe Issei, rolling on the ground level, and banging his head in the process. Ren, shuke his head and quickly went to help Issei back on his feet. As the fight was still far from over. Ren ran passed Issei. Aiming and firing his weapons, damaging the Boss. As both Kiba, and Laharl dealt a lot of damage.
Issei joined Ren, once again under cooldown. So he can use another massively charged, boosted punch at the Boss. While Ranma, he calmed down. Once again, he'd tapped into his cat-ki. Being covered in a pinkish-magenta aura. His eyes turning a bit cat-like, and boosting all his physical abilities. Putting a bit force onto the floor, cracking under the force of Ranma. With a smile on his face, he said to himself, "Let's get this party started." As he blurred forward, in a intense burst of speed. Reaching the Boss, before either Ren or Issei. Already in the air, as he jumped, during his rush. Leaving behind a big hole, from Ranma's power. His arm drew back, delivering a super powered punch at the body of the Boss. Blasting the Boss, across the hall, slamming against the wall. Laharl whistled at the punch, that Ranma just threw out. Kiba, and the other were also impressed. The level of strength that Ranma has used, it uncommon, especially since they'd didn't sensed demonic energy. Laharl looked at the expression of his bros, knew he has to expand their knowledge a bit. Aside magic, and aura, their are other things that pack a punch. Then he'd realized something...he forgot to ask Ren to unlock his aura. Which meant that Issei, has been fight all this time, without a added barrier, over himself. Sighing, as this Boss fight has gotten tougher. Having to keep an eye on Issei, while also fighting a giant Boss. That was already back on its feet. Once this fight is over, he'll have to give Issei an aura, and maybe teach him to use a range attack. Since he still doesn't have access to his Dragon Shot yet. So he'll need something, in case he needs to stay away, during a fight. Laharl flew in, with Kiba right behind him. Kiba blitz pass Laharl, using his Blade Rush Varient, against the Boss. Delivering super fast, slashes allover the Doll Golem, as Ranma reentered the fight. Hitting the Boss from below, with a super ki-charged Shoryuken. The blow was soo powerful, that as Ranma spun in the air, the Boss was knocked into the air as well. Things were going well, if they keep up the teamwork the Boss will be dead soon...
