MORE FIGHTING THE UNDEAD Location the Demon Dungeon Area 1
The seven devils continue on this Diablo III based area. While traversing the dilapidated, crypt of the former kingdom of Tristan. They fought through various undead enemies, along the way. From risen dead, hungry corpses, grotesques, and corpse worms. All those monsters, were easily taken out, by Akaza and the others. Akaza was greatly enjoying himself. It was the best time of his life...then Akaza thought of Koyuki. Shaking in nerves. Despite Koyuki being a literal angel, she can be both cute...and frightening, when mad. If Akaza didn't marked, Koyuki as the best thing in his life. She'll destroy him, when they meet later. While Akaza, he didn't understand much on what Laharl explained to him before, he did understand that Laharl can bring, his sweet fiancée. As he smashed his fist into another, risen. Crushing the skull. And leaving behind a couple of red and white exp-drops. As Akaza continues his entertainment. With Ranma and Issei rushed passed, the fighting-devil. Issei, he kicked and then delivered, a brutal gauntlet, covered uppercut on a hungry corpse. Another kill. As Issei spun, and delivering a vicious right cross. Taking out another corpse. It clear that Issei has gotten both stronger, and more skilled. Even Ranma the best martial artist of the devils present. Believed that Issei is getting better. Despite still being a goofball...and a super pervert, that will make a brotherhood with Jaraiya, Roshi, and others like them. Ranma's fists and feet, they blurred in the air. As he crushed through these undead. All while Kiba and Laharl slashed apart, these undead things. Gyutaro mixed his assault. From direct engagement to backing up Ren, as Ren shot everything with his sickle-smgs. When a hungry corpse, tried to sneak up to Ren. The young devil, reacted. Spinning around, slashing apart a hungry corpse, across the throat of the undead. Almost beheading the monster. Leaving behind some exp-drops. All of them were incredibly powerful and skilled. After a few moments, they were standing around the aftermath of undead creatures and several floating exp-drops. After they absorbed all the exp-drops, and Akaza the lowest in stat level, benefitted the most. Leveling some stats again. As tightened his fist, he spoke, "Ha!! I never felt this strong!! Seriously this is the best, I've ever felt!!!" Issei looked at the fighting-devil, and feeling a bit of troll, he asked Akaza, "Better then being with Koyuki?"
The other devils let out a snicker, as they waited for Akaza's response. Akaza shivered. Thinking his beloved Koyuki, hearing what he said before. He scratched his pink hair, and corrected himself, "Greatest feeling, after being with my Koyuki." The result was immediately. Ranma, Ren, Issei, Gyutaro, Kiba, and Laharl started laughing, as Akaza grumbled and tighten his fists. As he couldn't say anything against his fellow devils. With that done, they went on. Walking deeper into this crypt of King Leoric's desolate resting place. They found a new pathway, which is a massive castle tower, that smashed onto another path. Making a makeshift bridge. Laharl shrugged. This is a common troupe, that several games of various genres do. Use the landscape to create new paths, across the map. Laharl tapped his buster sword, Sacred Gear onto his shoulder. As he was the first to take a step forward. Walking on the side of the tower turn bridge, Gyutaro giggled, as he followed next. Followed by Ranma, then Issei. Followed next Kiba, Ren, and Akaza, as they reached half the "bridge" they were meet by new enemies. Skeletons. All three variants of this enemy, swordsmen, shieldbearers, and archers. As the Skeleton Archers stayed back, and drew their bows. The shieldbearers lead the charge, as sword wielding skeletons, followed closely behind. Laharl rotated his left shoulder, causing some cracking noises. Telling his friends, "Well guys...shall we get started?" Making the guys excited, as Akaza and Gyutaro rushed forward. Using their combined power and strength to destroy, the shields of the shieldbearer skeletons. Shattering under Gyutaro's kama slash, and Akaza's powerful punch. Immediately Issei rushed in next, already having a couple of Boosts stacked and ready to be unleashed. In one brutal right cross. A burst of red glowing light, as demonic and draconian energies blasted forward. Consuming and hitting all these shieldbearer skeletons. Making these walking piles of bones, shatter into pieces. Falling off the sides of this makeshift bridge, and leaving behind purple exp-drops. Logical that defensive monsters, give physical defense exp-drops. Regardless the guys continue fighting. As Kiba rushed passed Issei, Akaza, and Gyutaro with his curved, crimson demonic sword, Fire Sword at the ready. He used his Fire Sword's elemental magic, combine with his version of the Blade Rush technique. To blitz and burn through the skeleton swordsmen. In a flash of scarlet flames. He took down nine swordman skeletons.
Burning and cutting them to death. Leaving behind red exp-drops. As his whitish hair, swayed in the air of his drastically increased speed. Kiba, he starting to realize the massive gap, between himself of the pass and present. He owes all to his brothers...and his girls. Kiba felt so lost, until now. As he raises his blade, ready to continue fighting, he witnessed the skeleton archers take aim...and fire arrows at him, and his friends behind him. Kiba, tightened the grip on his Fire Sword. And in a flash of sword slashes, cut and smacked away the remaining skeletons arrows. This let Ren take care of the final enemies. With Laharl providing him a assist, by tossing high into the air. Granting him a clear line of sight, onto the six skeleton archers. Shooting at them, fully catching their attention. All the while. Laharl walked ahead. His massive blade at the ready, as he used a Flare-Up, causing Vritra Zanbato Fury to be ignited in purple flames of Vritra. He swung and cleaved through the archers. Shattering, draining, and burning them to junk. Thus leaving behind cyan colored, floating sphere. Laharl, and the guys expected this. What else can a archer type enemy drop, then accuracy experience. They collected and absorbed all the purple, red, and cyan exp-drops. Immediately Akaza's physical durability and accuracy stats, jumped level. He felted tougher, and his vision was more clear, than ever. Issei padded his shoulder, gaining Akaza's attention. As the Red Dragon Emperor, told him, "Drink it in buddy. But remember the higher level...the higher the climb for the next peak." Akaza gently pushed Issei's hand off of him, but Akaza instead of a scoff or a cold glare. He chuckled and smirked, as the seven devils went further in this dungeon.
DEEPER IN THE CRYPT The deeper they traverse. The more they saw the once standing kingdom of Leoric. Honestly if it wasn't for the Diablo, Laharl believes Leoric would make a great king. Especially from what Diablo 3 lore, states on Leoric during his initial reign. But Diablo games, has proven that if it isn't a Prime or Lesser Evil, it a demon connected to them that screws everything. Heck some of the protagonists and classes from Diablo 1 and 2, were screwed over badly, by demonic possession from Diablo or Mephisto. Aside that... Beside facing more zombies, the skeletons are starting to become a more prominent encounter. And another thing instead of a bottomless dark abyss, at the side of the paths and bridges of this literal crypt dungeon. Ranma and the others, have started seeing some rock formations. Meaning they're getting ever closer to Leoric's Royal Burial Site. In other words, the Boss Area, for this dungeon level. Laharl hasn't come up with a name for this dungeon, as the first level in a dungeon, doesn't help describe fully where they diving in. That becomes clear, in the second and sometimes third level in a dungeon. So for now, Laharl, he focused on killing...re-killing? Undead monsters.
As they found another staircase, heading lowered into the crypt. Issei asked, "So aside getting Akaza's girl, Gyutaro getting his get back...what else are we doing in this world?" Saying this with genuine curiosity. Laharl, Ranma, Ren, Kiba, Gyutaro, and Akaza looked at him. As Kiba asked, "Umm Issei-kun, didn't Rias-sama explain anything to you?" Issei looked at his fellow Peerage-mate, and shook his head. This made Laharl, Ranma, and Gyutaro groan, as Gyutaro said, "Of course that redhead said nothing... Good for us, now we get to do her job. Lazy bitch..." Kiba and Issei heard that. This made them mad...well Issei more than Kiba, as the Gremory Knight. He know who he his king is. Issei, he is basically too protective of Rias. As he stepped up to Gyutaro. Gyutaro saw this, his jagged teeth smile widen, liking the little dragon's assertiveness. As he knows that Gyutaro didn't...okay didn't fully mean anything bad, about Rias-bucchou. That's when Ddraig explained. Issei's Booster Gear jem, shun signaling that Ddraig was speaking. As the Welsh Red Dragon, spoke to his partner, saying, "Don't take it personally partner. You're just experiencing, a dragon's natural instinct to protect his horde. Ironman in Avengers End Game, Disney practically made his ultimate sacrifice to beat Thanos mute...RIP goat. Then there's the other type of character deaths he despises, unnecessary or beyond cruel. Perfect example in Demon Slayer, after the final push against Muzan, Mitsuri and Obedai died in a embrace, after finally confessing and becoming officially engaged. Cruel man. Or Neji in Shippuden, both Naruto and Hinata could have easily dodge that spike, and still become a married couple. Heck the series by the point, made Naruhina official...couldn't they killed Ten Ten she wasn't useful...at all. And in Boruto, she never achieved greatness as Hinata, Sakura, Ino, and any other female character!!! Talk about background character energy, right there...
