Just as they were contemplating their next move, they saw fog swirling outside the slums as the Executioner drove a steam carriage, directly smashing the ice wall left by Cold Mountain in its tracks, accelerating all the way and charging straight into the slum area.
Upon entering the slum area, the sudden disappearance of the steam rules made the Executioner hesitate for a moment, but he did not back down, continuing to drive up to the three people before him.
The Executioner stepped down from the driver's seat of the steam carriage, looking down at Cold Mountain and the other two.
