Chun retracted the vine back into Cui's passage to rest and switched the perspective back to the Divine Mirror in the mansion.

But I have to say, it's necessary. Otherwise, all the mana would be drained on the vine, and there'd be no way to regenerate it. I couldn't even demonstrate the runes for Cui.
All in all, Chun and Aileen don't have to be on screen. Chun just needs to reach out in front of the mirror and start demonstrating from basic runes.
And Cui is truly worthy of being a god; their ability to learn is quite swift. They learned basic runes after just one or two demonstrations. This is in stark contrast to the Ugly Emperor, also a god, who never seems to grasp astrology.
In half an hour, Chun had taught all the basic runes.
