Finding a warehouse went exceptionally smoothly.
He went to a real estate agency, found an agent, and after looking at a few places, settled on a warehouse.
The warehouse was located in the Xiao'anshe Industrial Park, where his cousin Chen Xingyang used to work. It wasn't far from the small supermarket, making deliveries convenient.
If there was no traffic, it would probably take less than ten minutes to get from the warehouse to the supermarket.
The space was also quite large, over 600 square meters. The rent wasn't too expensive: 120,000 a year with a 10,000 deposit.
Wu Jun signed the contract with the landlord—some guy he didn't know—transferred the money, and got the keys to the warehouse.
He had previously sponsored his cousin with 200,000, then transferred 100,000 to his mom for surgery fees the other day. Today, with just a few taps on his phone, another 130,000 was gone.
Wu Jun's savings had once again dropped below five figures, leaving him with less than 10,000 yuan.
