[Microscopic description:
1. Extremely active proliferation of bone marrow nucleated cells (hematopoietic area about 95%); granulocyte/erythrocyte ratio significantly increased;
2. Significant granulocyte proliferation, mainly in the late maturation stages, with a few scattered immature cells;
3. Rare erythroid cells, mainly intermediate and late erythroid precursors;
4. Slightly increased number of megakaryocytes, some with small bodies and few lobes, visible single round nuclei;
5. A few scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells;
6. No collagen fiber proliferation observed in marrow. ]
