The treasury held far more than that. High Tier Battle Armor·Vibranium Rune Armor, High Tier Weapon Rune Sword, Rune Warhammer, and the most Divine Holy Relic of Glory were not directly distributed to the knights, but were left in the treasury, armory, and military depot of Heisen Castle.
The knights usually wore Fine Level training battle armor and wielded their own weapons.
Those deadly weapons and impactful armor were managed by High-level Attendant Chief Hilude, who oversaw everything inside the castle, distributing the powerful forbidden equipment to the knights before the arrival of a great battle.
In fact, this is not a perfect or robust system. The High-level Attendant Chief manages hundreds of elite Directly Affiliated Attendants under her command, assigning her the strongest weapons equipment, meaning she could easily raise a fully armed army within her jurisdiction that other armies could hardly resist.
