As Luo De just stepped onto the main street of the town, he saw the Desert Wolves caged on the ox-drawn carts at the gate.
Even more eye-catching were the Wolf Hoof Leader and two other young men from the Wilderness Tribe; each had a Desert Wolf on a leash.
The wolves were as docile as tamed dogs, their tails hanging low, alertly observing their surroundings.
"Greetings to the great Saint Master!"
The Wolf Hoof Leader knelt on one knee, bowing his head,
"I did not betray your trust; I successfully tamed these Desert Wolves."
The Wolf Hoof Leader's Desert Wolf also lay down on the ground, seemingly intelligently saluting Luo De.
It was quite miraculous.
Luo De scrutinized the Wolf Hoof Leader's Desert Wolf.
This wolf was clearly more robust and powerful than those in the cages and the ones held by his tribesmen.
"Is yours a Wolf King?" Luo De asked.
"You are correct; it's a head wolf, but it doesn't qualify for the title of Wolf King."
