"Don't you need to drink water?"
After listening to Kael's translation, Alse pointed to another corner of the cave.
Following Alse's direction, Rein walked over with a torch.
By the flickering light, he vaguely saw rising steam.
Upon closer inspection, the unremarkable corner turned out to be a natural spring.
"This place is truly amazing."
Rein sighed, "It has both the light of the flame and a spring."
What surprised Rein even more was a statue standing beside the spring.
It was the image of a Yakman.
The statue was entirely carved from rough black stone.
The Yakman bore a dignified face, with towering horns, and though its muscles were coarse, they emanated power.
What was most striking was the hammer the statue held.
The hammer's design was ancient and robust, with a wide head and a stout handle.
Although the craftsmanship wasn't delicate, it faintly conveyed a sense of primal power.
Nevertheless, Rein did not believe in any divine theories because of it.
