Yu Yang, Lin Tian's master, once said that to enhance one's strength, one must first slaughter the three-eyed monster bull on the mountain.
The bull was born with three eyes; back then, both Lin Tian and Xu Xianrong, skilled Golden Core cultivators, were chased by it in a sorry state, and if not for Xu Xianrong's Thousand Cyan Threads severing one of its horns, they might have ended up inside the monster bull's belly.
According to Yu Yang, that bull is not ordinary; it is a spirit beast.
Yes, a spirit beast. It was the first time Lin Tian had heard this term.
Most of the creatures mentioned in the Classic of Mountains and Seas are spirit beasts, but they're extremely rare nowadays.
