Li Dong didn't rely too much on the talismans left by Xu Dongxu, as Yu Yang had another method to help the Martial Sect eliminate the Heart Demon.
First, he had to disperse all the Spiritual Qi from his body and then soak alone in the Dragon Transformation Pool for a month. When his internal meridians are all smooth and old wounds have disappeared, then half the Heart Demon is considered dissolved.
The other half requires the Martial Sect to meditate in seclusion for three years, eat vegetarian meals at every meal, practice the Heart Purification Method daily, avoid anger, and with the aid of some medications, it might be possible to dissolve the Heart Demon.
Actually, the most fundamental way is to refine this Golden Core, but that is no different from breaking through to the Grotto Heaven Realm.
Yu Yang said that with the Martial Sect's qualifications, breaking through to the Grotto Heaven Realm is simply wishful thinking, an impossible task.
