Lynn shifted his body, moving from the middle of the bench to the right side.
In doing so, he made ample space for Kari to sit down.
Kari didn't mind.
She took a few steps and sat down next to Lynn.
Instantly.
A faint fragrance wafted from Kari's body, drifting into Lynn's nose.
Kari seemed to notice the slight sound of Lynn sniffing.
The corners of her mouth noticeably curved upward.
Lynn looked towards the truck convoy not far away and asked.
"Miss Kari, what kind of goods did you bring for me this time?"
Kari followed Lynn's gaze and explained.
"Leather, a large batch of leather."
"On ten wagons, totaling fifty thousand pounds of leather."
"Master Lynn, you may not know, but to get this batch of leather, I even had disputes with other merchants!"
"Fortunately, I finally invoked the name of the Brown Clan, and that merchant slinked away."
Lynn slightly turned his head to look at Kari and said.
"It seems I owe Miss Kari a thank you."
