Looking at the still bright sky overhead, with the sun slowly descending, Hilia struggled to tell if this was sunset or sunrise.
She checked the time repeatedly: eight o'clock at night.
Finally, she had to admit one thing: "Night comes far later in Kost than it does in Huijin City."
Rose chuckled, "The sun's just about to set now. By the time you reach your target area, it'll be pretty much dark."
"That's true."
Hilia nodded, left her resting place at the inn, and stepped out onto the street. She wandered around, found a deserted spot, disguised herself, and only then continued on.
Rose gave her a vague sense of direction.
"In that direction, about ten kilometers away."
Ten kilometers was the range Rose could easily scan at the moment—a number which had increased after the sealing array fractured.
