The sea area where the Cyan Nether Palace is located, in the northwest of the Divine State, was originally the domain of the Celestial Demon Continent. After its collapse, earth fire erupted, and the sea water flooded in, causing crimson mist to be steaming over this sea area all year round.
Now, more than a hundred years have passed since the collapse of the Divine Court. This place has been renamed the Red Sea by many Immortal Gods, where life has vanished, and the environment is harsh. Only recently, with the Divine Spirits searching the heavens and the earth, has there been a slight resurgence of life.
Lu Chengfeng used the Heaven-Encompassing Umbrella to kill dozens of Divine Spirits, then used Heaven-Reaching Transformation to isolate time and space, moving the earth and sealing the Cyan Nether Palace deep beneath the seabed, tens of thousands of feet down.
