After speaking, he placed the Emperor's Halberd behind him and was about to leave the crowd.
"Wait a minute!"
But soon, someone stood out and blocked Ji Chen's way.
"Something the matter?"
Ji Chen stopped, scanning the people before him. These individuals were undoubtedly the strong from various major forces, unwilling for the Emperor's Halberd to be taken away by Ji Chen just like that, hence they stood out.
"The Chaotic Ancient Emperor once protected the Desolate Realm, killing countless foreign enemies. Now that the Yu Realm is invading again, the Purple Ink Emperor Halberd has emerged, carrying the will of the Chaotic Ancient Emperor to protect all living beings. This halberd should be kept by our Nine Great Emperor Clans of Divine River City for future use in warfare."
An aged figure from one of the Emperor clans spoke thus.
Upon hearing this, Ji Chen couldn't help but laugh, meeting their gaze, "Are you taking me for a three-year-old?"
