Chapter 62 - That Water Stain

Anna Kinomiya had always believed since childhood that her mother was right.

Outside the home, she was dedicated to her work, successful in her career, and respected by others. At home, she was gentle and virtuous, respectful to elders, and attentive in every way - the best mother under heaven.

So from the time she became aware of things as a child, Anna Kinomiya followed her teachings and said no to all strictly prohibited matters.

She had never learned anything about knowledge between the sexes, never had contact with male bodies outside her family, and even to this day didn't quite understand the reason for her body's monthly cycle.

Mom only told her that many things would naturally become clear in the future. Just like Dad and Mom, once they fell in love with each other they would understand everything. She didn't need that part of knowledge right now.

So she suppressed her curiosity, didn't seek to explore or think about it, and just kept walking forward along the path her mother had arranged.

But today, an accident happened.

The moment Anna Kinomiya fell onto Murakami Yuu's body, her mind went blank. This was her first physical contact with a male. That feeling of being pressed tightly together had an indescribable strangeness to it.

His head was buried by her chest, and the moment her skin felt the exhaled heat, her entire body trembled uncontrollably.

That sensory awareness from outside to inside rapidly traveled through her limbs and bones, instantly striking the central hub of her mind.

She felt as if she were floating naked in midair, being simultaneously tickled all over by countless supremely soft feathers. That intense tingling sensation made her body go limp and weak in all her limbs. At the same time, an unprecedented intense feeling made her unconsciously cry out softly and clamp her legs together.

...

The two's actions ultimately didn't last very long. After Murakami Yuu came to his senses, he propped up his upper body to end this awkward position.

He helped Anna Kinomiya, who seemed not quite recovered, sit on a chair by the conference table. Looking at the three people standing to the side with complex expressions, he pointed to the bookshelf, the folder and glass coffee jar on the floor - basically explaining the situation.

The three nodded to indicate they understood, though Eriri's eyes still carried a trace of hostility as she looked at Anna Kinomiya, mixed with conflicted feelings and unwillingness.

After the group helped pick up the scattered papers and documents from the floor, they all sat around the conference table together.

"That really was dangerous. We need to be more careful from now on. These kinds of things should be placed on lower surfaces in the future."

Yukino Yukinoshita was referring to that coffee jar.

"Are you two alright? Any bruises or scrapes?"

Both shook their heads simultaneously.

The feeling in Anna Kinomiya's body wasn't as intense as it had been moments ago. She relaxed a bit. Though she had some doubts and curiosity about that physical reaction, because she knew nothing about physiological matters, she still couldn't come to any conclusion. At the moment, she spoke normally to Murakami Yuu:

"Thank you, Murakami-kun. If it weren't for you just now, I probably would have gotten a big bump on my head."

"Don't mention it, it was just instinct."

Murakami Yuu looked at her expression, thinking that what Sakata Gintoki had told him before was indeed correct. Because Anna Kinomiya didn't know what that accident represented, she didn't feel embarrassed at all.

Someone like this, even if you pushed her down, she wouldn't realize what was about to happen...

"Ahem!"

Eriri looked at Murakami Yuu with dissatisfaction and coughed forcefully, interrupting the eye contact between the two.

"Good afternoon, Eriri... by the way, why did you come to the student council room?"

Murakami Yuu turned his head toward her.

"Mm, good afternoon. Um..."

Eriri's momentum instantly deflated. When she came, she had absolutely not expected Murakami Yuu would also be here. Now that she realized it, she didn't really want him to know she had come for her doujin game club.

Because that would look like an action taken for Aki Tomoya's sake. She didn't want Murakami Yuu to misunderstand that she had a particularly good relationship with Aki Tomoya or anything.

"They came to find Anna about something."

Yukino Yukinoshita smiled and chimed in from the side.

"Yes, it's about the doujin game club."

Kasumigaoka Utaha supplemented.

As long as it wasn't said by herself, it was fine.

Eriri breathed a sigh of relief, suddenly feeling that Kasumigaoka Utaha wasn't so disagreeable after all.

"Doujin game club?"

Anna Kinomiya thought for a moment, then her brow smoothed out.

"I remember now. That's the interest group with insufficient members that can't become an official club, right? What seems to be the problem?"

"We'd like to extend our classroom usage time. We wanted to ask the president if there are any other accommodating methods besides becoming an official club."

"I'm sorry, unless you can resolve those club applications wanting activity classrooms, there are no other good solutions. Besides, if we only accommodate you, wouldn't that be too unfair to others?"

Anna Kinomiya's tone was very gentle, but her attitude in responding to the question was quite firm.

During her time as student council president, she had always been fair and just like this, doing what needed to be done without deliberately favoring any side. Secretary Ibuki Yuki's work style was also influenced by her.

"I see..."

Kasumigaoka Utaha's expression remained calm, showing no signs of disappointment. She calmly stood up.

"We've disturbed you when you're so busy. We'll take our leave."

"Alright, feel free to come find me anytime if something comes up."

"Kasumigaoka, wait..."

Eriri frantically waved at Murakami Yuu with a red face, and after getting his response, followed Kasumigaoka Utaha out of the student council room with a flushed face.

"Well then, I'll also take my leave."

Murakami Yuu picked up the organized written student council guide from the table and also stood up.

"Student council activity time is generally after school in the afternoon. Before the official appointment comes down, Murakami-kun can come whenever you have time. It's not mandatory though."

"I understand."

Murakami Yuu also left the student council room.

After giving some instructions and taking some files, Yukino Yukinoshita headed toward the principal's office.

Only Anna Kinomiya remained alone in the student council room.

She took some tissues from the table, lifted her skirt, spread her legs and slowly wiped.

Her face was full of puzzlement. She didn't quite understand why her body had reacted this way. After thinking for a moment, she decided not to tell Mom about what happened today.

After all, today was an exception. Mom might get angry if she knew.

But she herself hadn't noticed that a previously unknown emotion had already risen in her heart.

...

"You're finally back. I've been waiting for you for almost forty minutes."

"That's why I said you could go first and just send me your location."

Murakami Yuu returned to the classroom, stuffed the documents he'd brought from the student council into his bag, and walked out of the school gates together with Iizuka Takeya.

"But it really is surprising that you became the student council vice president."

"I'm not the vice president. The specific situation isn't certain yet."

"Since it's something that Sakata Gintoki teacher guaranteed, it's definitely set."

Iizuka Takeya seemed even more confident than Murakami Yuu himself.

A breeze blew by, and Murakami Yuu, wearing only a shirt, felt a slight chill on his abdomen. He looked down and touched that spot.

Iizuka Takeya followed his gaze. There was a small wet stain there.

"What's wrong? Did you get it wet when washing your hands after using the bathroom?"

"Probably."

Murakami Yuu's tone was somewhat uncertain.
