Chapter 388 - Chapter 384: The being with Endless Eyes

But now—As the seventh soul ring pulsed silently, a connection was made that led to a faint, terrifying pull from downstream of the river.

Unknown to her, Memory Solidification had unknowingly touched the domain of "that which has yet to exist."

Qian Renxue frowned slightly."…Something's different."

It wasn't an external sensation. It came from within—like realizing one's shadow had subtly changed shape without light shifting.

Her thoughts became smoother as she noticed it.

Her sixth soul skill—the one that had always existed at the boundary between fate and cognition—mutated

Without hesitation, she activated it.

"6th Soul skill: Fate's Spinner."

The moment the skill was invoked, the world before her eyes changed completely. Invisible threads surfaced everywhere.

They were thin, countless, overlapping—some shining brightly, others frayed and dim, some tangled beyond recognition.

If everyone's fate was a thread, then the world itself was an incomprehensible tapestry.

But now, Qian Renxue could see Possibilities.

----

6th Soul skill: Fate's Spinner (Mutated):

By observing the branching possibilities of fate, Qian Renxue can weave a comprehensive plan that subtly guides events toward her intended ending—without requiring constant observation or direct interference.

-----.

Once the threads were set, fate itself would continue moving along the designed trajectory—like a loom that remembered its pattern.

Qian Renxue's expression turned contemplative.

"So this is the difference…"

As she instinctively tested the skill,—almost casually something extraordinary happened.

Without deliberate intent, every imaginary line of karma, destiny, coincidence, and causality that originated from Qian Renxue converged.

They extended outward like invisible silk threads and gently—but inexorably—wrapped around her clone Eve.

Qian Renxue's pupils narrowed slightly.

"…Interesting."

She hadn't forced it, it seemed that the skill itself had made the choice.

Far away, Eve felt an inexplicable shiver run down her spine.

------

Just as Qian Renxue completed her ascension—

Far beyond the Douluo Continent, within the God Realm, The Asura God jolted violently.

At the same moment, High-dimensional Tang San, who had been subtly peering through layers of fate to observe the mortal plane, felt his heart skip a beat.

The invisible power of fate that had long blanketed the entire Douluo Continent—Vanished.

The Asura God had a deep, exhilarated laugh echoing through his crimson divine domain.

"Finally, the obstruction is gone…"

With the obstruction removed, the Asura God could finally take a full, unobstructed view of the Douluo Continent. Mountains, rivers, fate lines, luck flows—everything lay bare beneath his gaze.

His divine consciousness swept across the land.

Then—He froze.

"…How did the luck of Spirit Hall increase?"

It wasn't a small change.

The fate and fortune surrounding Spirit Hall had thickened. The Asura God frowned.

"Tch. Doesn't matter."

His lips curled coldly.

"I'll just extract all the luck again."

However, a trace of unease lingered.

"But that weird fate protection earlier…"

His gaze sharpened.

"What exactly caused it?"

His thoughts turned briefly cautious.

"Was it the Plane Will?"

The Douluo Continent was special. Even gods had to acknowledge the resistance of a fully developed plane. If the Plane Will itself had intervened, things could get annoying.

But after a moment, the Asura God snorted disdainfully.

"Hmph."

"I'll find the cause of all this soon enough."

Before taking further action, he extended his divine consciousness outward, carefully scanning. For checking if any other God Kings were watching.

Interfering with the mortal world was strictly forbidden under God Realm law—but he was different.

However, he was the law enforcer.

Using divine authority to observe was already skirting the rules. Direct interference would be a violation—but one he had committed more than once.

As long as no other god noticed, it wouldn't matter.

Just as Asura was about to descend his will—

Something moved.

From within the River of Memories connected to Qian Renxue's seventh soul ring, something leapt out.

It didn't emerge into the Douluo Continent.

Instead—

It appeared outside time and space of the plane in the void..

There, in the void, stood a blurry being.

Its silhouette was vaguely humanoid, but indistinct, as though reality itself refused to define it. From its body extended countless ribbon-like tendrils, drifting endlessly into the darkness, as if connected to something infinitely far away.

The Asura God who was going to take action just now had his expression darkened instantly.

It was an unknown existence.

 "Unknown devil of the void…"

His grip tightened.

The Asura Divine Sword manifested in his hand, crimson aura boiling violently around its blade. Law, slaughter, and judgment condensed upon it as he prepared to strike.

But—The blurry humanoid shadow slowly raised its head then Asura froze.

The shadow's face was no longer vague. It was covered—completely—by endless eyes.

Even the ribbon-like tendrils extending from its shadow twisted and transformed, becoming chains formed from countless staring eyes.

The instant those eyes looked at Asura— His divine consciousness stalled.

The blurry being shifted its gaze away, glancing once—casually—toward the Douluo Continent.

Then—It disappeared. It was as if it had never existed in the first place.

Only soft whisper lingering in the void.

"This time… it will be much easier."

"And there will be no need to use your authority to hide within the collective subconscious of all living beings."

They were never meant to be heard.

Had any god, any mortal, any creature perceived even a fraction of their meaning, their mind would have shattered on the spot.

The void returned to silence.
