The sound was like an enormous bell, echoing across the land, splitting the ground and shaking the distant mountains.
Watching from afar, the two Divine Palace realm experts could only sigh inwardly.

On top of a stone lay a massive egg, quiet and unmoving, covered in mysterious runes.
Each rune seemed to reflect the profound truths of heaven and earth. Just one look made one feel enlightened, as though the fog on the path ahead had been lifted.
It gave the illusion that one's future path had suddenly become much clearer.
"A Black Tortoise Divine Beast egg?"
The black-robed youth looked at Xiao Fan, then at the two Divine Palace experts who had been pursuing him earlier. He recalled the Black Tortoise phantom that had appeared not long ago.
It was precisely that phantom's appearance that had drawn him here to investigate.

And yet, now Li Xun had appeared, while that Elder Hong was nowhere to be seen.
Could it be…?
The two exchanged a glance, and both felt a chill run through their hearts.
